Great site, very nice to stay, huge pitches that are well kept. Nice Communal area, Secure Dog walk area, Bins and Toilet disposal on site.
I did have an issue with them not responding to email but it was all fine when I called.
Site is currently £23 a night plus Electric Hook Up fee's which I think were supposed to be per unit, but we only stayed one night and I think they just did flat rate, so we paid £27 overall.
Recomend to visist the nearby Milton Creek Country Park, cant use their car park, but 1 min outside there is a huge industrial car park that's not locked.

A very good site, surprised that it has not already been reviewed. Good email communication prior to arrival and either Matt or Barbara will soon appear when you arrive.
Individual "plots" which. Are massive and completely separated from your neighbours. Short often mowed and picked up grass. A welcoming present of a dozen eggs.
Easy to find, sat nav takes you to it. No shops in the village but there is a Co op hidden away next to McDonald's just before the main road junction. Sittingbourne is only about 3 miles away.
Depending on what you want, it's not far from Canterbury or from Chatham for the historic dockyard. We liked the walks around the estuary. We didn't like Sheppey, but it has all the seaside fun if that's what you want.
A couple of things to make it even better, price per unit of EHU shown on their details, and maybe a hard/paved track from the sites to the recycling/rubbish disposal area.
Price is a basic £22 per night plus EHU. We ended up paying just over £24 per night which was perfectly acceptable.
