 Easy access from jnc 24 of the M5 ideally placed for stopover enroute to and from the south West.

Village 5 mins by car has a number of pubs and small shops.

Pines is a local produce shop well worth visiting. 10 amp ehu good mobile /freeview reception.

Dog walking area,

Staff really helpful and facilities are second to none modern clean even have a sweetie jar in them.

Will use this site again when travelling to Cornwall.
