 This campsite is in a great location, on the edge of the nature reserve of the Golfe de Morbihan, with the little town of Sene close by. It's also on the frequent bus route into the beautiful city of Vannes, and surrounding countryside.
The camp site itself has mainly level, large pitches. There's a swimming pool, facilities for families with young children, and cycle hire.
There are lots of cycle routes locally, and a map is available from reception. The lady on reception was very helpful on the phone when our arrival was going to be delayed due to being stuck in traffic.
Our main issue with the campsite was the hot water supply. Showers weren't consistently warm enough, and the hot water was nowhere near hot enough for washing up.
However, the facilities were kept clean. Unusually, for a lot of French sites, there were loo seats and toilet paper. The lighting was on a timer rather than a motion sensor which could leave you in the dark.
There's a small supermarket in Sene within walking distance, and a much bigger one a 10 minute drive away.
