I've been here a couple of times now with friends & I'm not overly impressed. The pitches aren't very well maintained & can have some quite deep ruts either on the pitches or nearby. The facilities aren't the cleanest plus items were broken in there too which doesn't look good. The second time I went was in October 2017 & even though the pitch was a lot cheaper & I managed to get a hard standing pitch, I still don't think it were particularly good value for money.
Lots of improvements needed in my opinion.

We stayed here for two nights because we needed to visit the area and it was cheaper than Travelodge. We didn't want to camp in our tent because we thought the weather may not be so warm (we were wrong, it was the hottest weekend of the year!). When considered against Travelodge, etc. , it was a good deal, because the caravan was clean and spacious, and if needed, had central heating.
The staff were helpful and friendly, which can only be praised. The swimming pool was nice enough (the kids loved it) and the children's play area was good.
There were some negatives, however, which unfortunately ruined the experience. The beds were so soft that you could not get comfortable. We all had back ache. Our camp beds are so much nicer, we wished we had been camping after all.
The noise of the on-site disco carried on late into the night, which of course you can hear very well through the thin walls of a static caravan. Drunken loudmouths who thought it was a great idea to shout to one another on their way to and from said disco also added to the negative experience.
There was a shop on site, but the majority of it was filled with souvenirs, so not very helpful. We will not go back.
