Please note we have been advised that whilst the hotel is still open, it no longer offers camping or motorhome pitches. If you know that this situation has changed in the future, please could you let us know. Many thanks

I can't fault this place for what it is. You park in the car park, so no good for awnings, but it is really meant as a motorhome stop-off place! Free for first night and £5 per night thereafter. There is a water tap and waste disposal facility, plus 3 EHUs which are free, if not already in use by other motorhomes. Whilst I was there, they even rigged up another 2 hook-ups by running cables through a window. Nothing seemed too much trouble for the owners.
Bar and spa are excellent and the staff are very friendly. Restaurant does good food at reasonable prices and the £5 breakfast in really good value for money, with fruit juice, coffee, cereals, toast and a full English included. I shall definitely be going again.

I agree with the last reviewer wholeheartedly. This is a wonderful spot for motorhomers. The free use of the spa facilities gave my wife a real treat. Short walk to sea. Lidl close by. Of course this is not campsite, it is a motorhome stopover and, with free ehu, a real gem. I do see what the first reveiwer said about Great Yarmouth's huge amount of chippies. Never seen so many and never so many fat pidgeons!

A gem of a stop close by to the town of Great Yarmouth and also within easy reach of the sea which is only 1miles away. We were made very welcome by Chris and Moya and the facilities were first class which include the free use of the spa facilities. Over night stop is £5 with electric and the first night is free just have a drink or a meal in the Pub. The food and beer is of good quality and if you eat in the pub the excellent quality which would not fail anyone. Ring before hand to confirm if free. Water is on hand and the wash and toilet facilities are open 24/7. The post code is NR30 5JL.

Dreadful - drove away. This site is operating as a free to stay if you spend in the hotel. That's okay like visit a vineyard and stay for free if you buy a bottle.
Sadly this site is the rear of a tarmaced carpark and is not suitable for a stay however brief if you enjoy club sites be they big or small. Location was not great as we HATED Great Yarmouth - what do you want with your chips? Curry Sauce?
Too good to be try - don't bother and book one of the other lovely sites in Norfolk.
We hated everything about this site but it will be hard to mark in terms of 1-10 as we do not know the score. Site location was perfect if the site was good. Hotel facilities were fabulous but the pitch facility was horrible! Value for money -free is free so 5 is a median.
