Great campsite.
Clean facilities and easily accessible for myself with walking difficulties.
Pitches are flat and grounds well kept.
Was quiet when we stayed which was great.
Can imagine it gets very busy in the summer.

Very good all rounder. Mainly static holiday caravans and seasonal caravans about 150 in all. Most when we were there were unoccupied. But I expect during bank holidays and school holidays, children will be in abundance.
Half dozen short term touring pitches. Very clean facilities only let down by the occasional guest (fool) leaving toilet paper on the loo floor.
The wardens are very conscientious. They show pride in the site they run. All grass well kept. No WiFi. Digital tv signal is good.
Bear in mind that Country View is under the flightpath of Bristol Lulsgate airport. To us it wasn't a problem.
However, as the years go by, it will undoubtedly get busier. I have one gripe. It's not the fault of the site. The access Lane from Worle is twisty and narrow in places. Local speeders don't seem to care about other drivers safety.
The site is a 10 minutes walk to the sandy beach which is on a sunny day quite beautiful. On site are some facilities we did not use. Not that there was probably anything wrong with them. Eg Outdoor pool heated pool and bar. We just didn't need them.
I ask myself the question, as a couple in our late 60s. Would we go again. ? Absolutely yes, but not during children's school holidays. We like quiet.

Great welcome shown to our pitch which was flat and a good size.
Freeview perfect reception, 16amp EHU numerous water taps, toilets were modern and clean.
Swimming pool is a good size and the benefit of a bar on Fri/Sat between 3-10pm was an added bonus plus a games room for the kids during the day.
Bus service directly into W-S-M at the end of the road £7. 30 return, taxi fare was £8. 20 from town.
A small tea room is just around the corner, chip shop/cafe about 10 minute walk from site.
Beach dog friendly all year round and it is possible to walk into Weston along a path that follows the old Toll Road about a 90 minute walk if you are keen.
We will certainly return.

The campsite was easy to find just 8 mins from cheddar gorge. It was in a great location.
Facilities were perfect for a short break.
The shop was very reasonably priced and had everything you’d need from food staples to camping supplies.
The bathrooms were clean and well maintained which made using them a nice experience.
The washing up area was also clean and well maintained, it had about 5 sinks and was located within to the toilet block indoors which was ideal.
The swimming pool was small but a nice temperature and perfect for a big group wanting an evening swim.
The lodge had a variety of drinks although a tad expensive as were other pubs in the local area. In summary a great experience & I will be returning

A few narrow roads on the approach.
A quiet site with a large dog walking field.
Good and clean shower block.
Heated pool was lovely.
Bar was closed during our stay, only open Friday and Saturday.
5 minute stroll to the lovely beach
Visited Weston Super Mare. And what a disappointment.
Visited Cheddar Gorge, Wells and Glastonbury. All beautiful.
Would return if in the area but give Weston a miss

Well maintained site, shower/toilet block always lovely and clean, nice level plots for parking on.
Staff very friendly and always available to answer any queries. Surrounding area very pretty, plenty of lovely walks, good bus links within a short walk of the site.
Wonderful dog walking area also huge beach that is "dog friendly" all year around.
Looking forward to returning next year.

We have stayed here several times over the past few years. It's a lovely, very clean site with great, very clean, shower and loo facilities for families.
It has a barrier at the entrance which makes for a secure visit especially when out for the day at the nearby beach or WSM. Greeted at the gate on arrival and settled into our pitch etc.
There is a huge field for walking any dogs you might have.
Taxi to WSM town is £7. 85 each way for the two of us which we think is reasonable. Same price to visit the local Sainburys, TKMaxx, B&M etc if needed. There is an open top bus that travels from the beach road into WSM too. Similar price to the taxi.
Pontins are close by and you can enter freely to use the bar and food facilities. There is a fish and chip shop on the beach road.
This is a very nice bay to walk along. Very shallow when the tide is in so you must be, aware of sinking mud spots.
Overall a brilliant site for a restful stop off!

The campsite was pristine. I couldn't fault anything.
The pool was lovely on the warm days.
Close to the lovely beach and short drive to Weston Supermare and Cheddar Gorge and an hourb to Bath.
We had a lovely time.
