Spent great few nights break returning for bank holiday as they are lovely people with beautiful grounds.
Other people need to abide by following rules such as keeping dogs on leads as some let let roam the camp to which we then found dog fowl in places.
Definitely recommend to people.

Had a really good weekend here friendly staff didn't use the main facilities as weather was good but did look round and it was clean tidy
The site was very well maintained
The toilets were very clean
Some basics in the site shop actually more things than I expected as they do say bread and milk sold on site
Close enough to the village though to get things if needed and not far from tescos or asda
There is cliff climbing on to the beach don't try this in wedged heals but plenty of fossils and shells from the mod testing area, we also found torpedo and bombs to show the kids
All in all a fun filled weekend
Will be back so much more to discover from this site

Just got back from a 3 day stay on this site:
Pros:
Beautiful setting
Nice and peacful
Great adventure playground for the kids
Small coffee shop on site selling essential items
Aldbrough village supermarket only 1 mile up the rd
Fish and chip shop in Albrough village
Pretty cheap in high season, only £18 per night
Cons:
Small toilet block which was quite dirty
Very hot showers, so hot my 5 year old daughter couldn't go in them
No pot washing facilities so the toilet block sinks were used leaving grease and bits of food in the sinks
The drinking water was next to the elsan point and waste hog drain, very unhygienic
Garden hose connected to drinking water point which people were using to rinse the elsan point, again very unhygienic
Have to cross the rd to get to the main site were the kids adventure playground is
Its a pity that the sites facilities are in such a poor unhygienic condition as this is a nice looking site in a great location. Would I go back? probably not

Pleasant place to stay, very laid back atmosphere.
Coffee shop ladies are very nice and accommodating. Food is nice and cheap also, waiting for food is quite a while but staff are laid back and lovely so time soon passes as you are chatting away, they are a pleasure to deal with.
Entertainment lame as was park facilities. There is a hose pipe where you are meant to wash pots and also use for drinking water. I had to buy a wash basin and fill with hot water in the toilet block which isn't ideal but I refused to use a communal hosepipe for this. The amusements was shut and bar staff rude. Having said that I would still probably stay there again.
There are plenty of things to do in surrounding villages. Honeysuckle farm was only 20 mins away by car and was great value for money and entertained us all. Great value for money also.
Several supermarkets nearby for all the forgotten essentials.
Lots of fish and chip shops nearby also for a perfect camping evening with friends.
