 Small site 6 statics 2 touring however no touring whilst we were there. We have no. 4 so we had plenty of space for young grand children to play.
There is a large washing machine on site and tumble drier. There is outside taps and washing lines next to each caravan.
We hired out 4 in total but My parents were unwell and unable to come they did refund 50 per cent back.
The caravans were very old. The beds extremely uncomfortable. The bedding very thin.
We had a small double and twins the mattresses you could feel every spring.
Our daughter and family were in no. 2.
A double and two twins the young boys twins beds were so bad and mould underneath.
Our older children were in no. 7 this was worst. They had a double with ensuite a twin and bunks They had a sewage smell they and were aware this was a problem. They also warned us about the dogs barking however we never found this a problem.
We only used this as a base and peak season could not find anything else. This site needs updating and it would be a great base. 10 mins to St Ives. 15 mins to Penzance. An hour to Newquay.
The couple who run it are lovely.

Booked three nights on this site, owner said they were going to stop having tourers but we would be welcome to stay but toilets and showers were not all singing and dancing but clean. Well they were not very clean & once money had exchanged hands never saw owners again, rang bell to get information no one answered even though we could see them in garden. We were the only ones on site & will not be returning.

Small site just off the main road with 7 mobile homes and room for 3 tourers, tents or motor homes.
Nice flat pitching area with the grass laid over a plastic wearing surface so not affected by wet weather.
Water and waste point, and clothes line for each pitch.
Basic toilets and 20p showers plus a small wash room with machine. Hair dryers also by coin.
Good pub, The Watermill, about a mile down the road. Does good food and a good pint!
Easy access to St Ives either by car or from the nearby Park and Ride Station.
Very friendly and helpful hosts.
No child facilities.

THis is a lovely little site with only 3 touring pitches, The owners are lovely and caring are happy to help with anything. It is extremely cheap and clean at about £7 a night for a family and close to north a south coasts. Its worth a visit as the surrounding areas are breath taking. That's if you can get a pitch.
