The site was easy to find and owner had said just to drive in and pick a pitch.
They had obviously had a lot of rain and the drive into the site had a lot of puddles but road was quite firm just so long as you stayed on that and didn't veer onto the grass (as others had) you could keep moving.
The pitches are well spaced and hard standing with grass/moss growing through and because it was so wet we used the motor mover to get caravan onto the pitch and we did need a chock to level us up.
There is electric and water on each pitch and the cdp and bins are near the entrance.
The site is open where we parked and had a road behind and we feel it's a bit vulnerable as fence is very low.
We didn't see anybody and the bins desperately needed to be emptied and didn't seem to do much recycling.
We paid as instructed.
Bedford is not far and was a nice town but we weren't so keen on luton and northampton.
We would recommend the tree fhyses in turvey for a good meal at a reasonable price.

Absolutely love this little hidden gem! Excellent facilities, own water, electric and grey water drain.
Very quiet site with great views! Excellent to go for a walk and find the local pub for a delicious lunch!
Would certainly recommend this site for a quiet weekend!

A lovely 5 van site to get away from it all.
Plenty of space, great views with peace and quiet, very relaxing.
Shops, pubs and restaurants are not too far away by car, but not close enough to cause any disturbance.
No on site toilet or shower facilities so you need your own, but each pitch has ehu, a tap and a grey water drain.
There is a CDP and recycling bins at the bottom corner of the field close to the entrance.
The site owners keep the grass cut, but otherwise they don't trouble you.
£15 per night, great value, we stay for a few days every August.

Well kept site. Waste and water on each pitch. Lots of space.
Probably better for adults.
Pay bank transfer or just put money through letter box.
Will be booking again

Beautiful views and great site. Lovely break away thank you.
No facilities so you need a toilet but has waste disposal and water and electric.
Large pitches with freedom to spread around as much as you like.
Very relaxed owners, kids loved the space.
