Absolutely lovely site.
Well kept with stunning sea views.
Quiet but also has a nice club house with outside seating that makes the most of the views.
Friendly helpful staff.
Minuses -watch out for the scalding water.
Wi-Fi hit and miss

I booked through the Sun Holidays promotion and all was straight forward and I was emailed all the details quickly, etc. I received an email a few days before to check in and they let me know it was contactless check in and we could go straight to the chalet on arrival.
We arrived a bit earlier than the advised 4pm, but the cleaners had finished and we were allowed in. The chalet was huge, 2 double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a huge kitchen and massive living / dining room. They had all the usual things, microwave, oven, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The chalet was clean and very well maintained and had decent heating system as the weather was awful all weekend.
The chalet we were in was up the top of the hill and this provided great views of the sea and the park in general. By being at the top of the hill it meant a walk down to the very well equipped entertainment complex and shop. There is a huge bar with food and drinks available, indoor and outdoor pool, huge children's play area and a well stocked shop. There is an arcade section and large room for bingo, evening entertainment etc. They had issues with their app, but I am sure this will be fixed before the main season, however there is also barely any 4g here, and the site wifi didn't reach our chalet.
There is walking straight from the site and you are onto the SW Coast Path, however the path is quite inland at this point, so even though you can walk for miles each way, there is not great views, however you have the beach at Peppercome with the ruins of the old mines and walks to and beyond the lovely Clovelly Bay.
You really need to drive to get anywhere else and Bideford itself is lovely with all the main shops, and plenty of smaller ones for a smooch about. There is so much more to see in the area too including some stunning beaches, and loads of family fun places.
I love this area and the site is well situated as a base to site see

We are a family of four myself husband and son who is 25 years old and is autistic and his younger sister.
We have stayed at this Park twice it's great.
The play area is on a grassed pitch close to the amenities little shop on site which is well stocked.
Pool area is safe and both indoor pool and out door pool are tight on safety with life guards watching/walking around pool side observing whilst chatting to families holidaying at their Park.
All Park staff we came across both holidays were kind and understanding towards David who due to his autism can be very loud at times but because everyone who worked (laundrette staff brilliant)this made our stays happy ones.
Give all staff a pay rise they deserve it.

Although usually tourers, tried a week in a static van at this Park Resorts park, to make use of Tesco Clubcard Vouchers - so actually a free holiday.
We have read some pretty awful reviews about this site elsewhere, but found it to be fine.
Staff are really friendly and helpful. We booked a Gold Caravan and reading reviews on other websites, this seems to be the best type of van to have - have read awful reviews about Bronze and Silver.
The van itself was of a good standard, clean and spacious. It was older that I had expected though.
A good site if you like plenty of facilities: shop, restaurant, bar and pools. The only complaint we had was that it could take anything up to 40 minutes (no kidding!) to get served at the bar on an evening.
The clubhouse/entertainment area is a bit tired in places and in need of a little refurb, but overall the standard of the site was good. The kids loved the pools and the adventure play area.
The site is located on a main road, not much around in the immediate area, but a short drive will take you to any number of georgeous towns and villages. Lots of family activities near by, we particularly like The Big Sheep, just 5 minutes drive away.
The Thatched Inn nearby is well worth the visit.
