 Our first ever caravan holiday. We found the owner very polite and welcoming. Our hook up lead was short so asked where the nearest accessory shop was. He wouldn't hear of it and loaned us one there and then. The on site shop is open 9-11 in the morning and 4-7 in the evening. They even do takeaways. The showers are 10p and we found it long enough for 2 to shower. We are not ones for standing under water so if you are pop 20p in. The facilities are clean and well kept. There is a small launderette with tumble dryer. The beaches are great with some allowing dogs. Nice walks and now far to Cardigan for main shopping. In all a great site so we are looking forward to going back.

Stayed here for 1 week, the pitch we had was on the bottom corner of the field which was a slope so not a great start. The toilets and showers looked like they were built by the chuckle brothers, but were clean though. Shop only open for 2 hours per day, so need to wait around to open. The play area could do with updating, as could the games room which was very basic. Good beaches close by, but this is not a site for tents, statics are ok.

Had a fantastic time! We met up with friends there and had 2 tent pitches together and other than us there were just 2 other tents.
The site itself caters for mainly caravans and the field in the centre of the park is set aside for tents, but as far as I know, they never take more than 4 tents so tents are kept at the far end of the field, leaving plenty of empty field for children to play.
Due to the above, there was never a problem with noise- which can be very frustrating in busier campsites, and there was a lovely atmosphere, as not only were the management and fellow campers/caravanners lovely, but the site itself is well situated- surrounded by trees with a beautiful sunset just over the trees.
The toilet block is very small and basic, with only 2 toilets and 1 shower but this was never an issue as you are only sharing the facilities with other campers mainly and we never had to wait long for a shower (most times it was empty). You need 10p for the shower and you'll find 2 10ps are plenty for a long, relaxing shower.
It's quite a distance to walk to the nearest beach- uphill on the way home, and we only walked it once but there are 3 or 4 beautiful beaches within a 5 min drive to the site.
All in all, a great place if you're looking for somewhere peaceful, either as a couple or with a family. A great price also!
