First year on this site. Very well situated to visit any part of the island. Lovely peaceful site. No rowdiness. Very relaxing. Loving it. Will be hopefully staying on. Not really anything for children to do but as ours are now grown up, doesn't matter. Little play park down the road. Food available at weekend in on site pub, Sunday lunch fabulous.

We booked what we thought was a specific pitch but when we arrived we were told to pitch anywhere between the touring caravans! We found the only flat space there was and it was furthest from the toilet block. The toilets had no toilet paper in either side for 3 days! Which meant we had to go buy some. Also the bins were not emptied all week. The toilets also had NO mirror in so I could not see to get shaved! Now to the on site pub. It was only open twice in the whole week we were there! We found The Holland Arms down the road to be a really friendly place and went most days. However it was nice and quiet as we were the only people on site at times.

We stayed here on a busy bank holiday and they were fully booked. Site is lovely, surrounded by greenery and trees and secluded from the main road. Only 2 minutes from the A55 and 5 minutes off the bridge. Ideal location to visit Anglesey attractions. Nearest beach was less than 10 minutes drive, the stunning blue flag Newborough beach. Facilities were clean and laundry room handy for washing if needed.
No designated play area on site but enough space, hills, rocks for children to play on. There is a children's playground 5 minutes walk up the village.
The pub and restaurant on site was great. Amazing food at reasonable prices and children friendly, so ideal to relax with a drink after a long day exploring!
Very reasonably priced for our break and would stay again.

Just spent a lovely 24 hours on here. Pretty, neat and tidy site. Easy to find. Small but adequate toilet/shower block. Very reasonably priced. Friendly, kind owners. Great pub/restaurant practically on site. Lot's of nearby attractions. Great place to stop over on way to/from holyhead ferries. Hope to go back.

Just come back from a weekend here. Site has easy access off a main road and the pitches were quite level.
The shower block bit clean and there is only two toilets and one shower in each of the ladies and gents but glad there quiet and no quene for shower.
Showers cost £1 for quite long time but not sure how long, and good hot water in gent shower but ladies cold water. Think need improve better facilities
It is a nice quiet site and tidy area. There are not many kids here and although the owners are friendly, are only available office hours.
Good price for 2 night £38 with elec!
Down the road from the site there is a park, chip shop, petrol station, post office and shop.
Would go back again.

Just come back from a weekend here. Site has easy access off a main road and the pitches were quite level. There is a pub on the site that does good food at reasonable rates.
The shower block was not clean and there is only two toilets and one shower in each of the ladies and gents. Showers cost £1 and no matter what you do the water does not get hot.
It is a nice quiet site with lots of statics as well as sited tourers and it has a stream running through it. There are not many kids here and although the owners are friendly, are only available office hours.
Down the road from the site there is a park, chip shop, post office and shop.

Pulled in on spec on our way back to Holyhead ferry as it had a pub / restaurant beside it. Owners are friendly but reception is their own house and you have to leave your van and walk to it at the back of the site. Toilets are sparse, showers are not free. Pitches are not very level and there is not much nearby apart from pub / restaurant which is very good. There is CCTV watching the site. A bit pricey at £18 low season. Another site with lots of 'static' tourers so space for those real tourers could be limited in high season.

We booked this site at the last minute for the Easter break. Not a lot on the site, shower / toilet block and laundry room.
Shower / Toilet block was clean, shower cost 40p for around 5 minutes.
Nothing in the town, had to drive everywhere - about 10 minutes to Bangor, town had 1 chippy that was quite expensive.
Good site just not the best for us as we had a 2 year old who wanted to run everywhere and there wasnt a play area or much space for her to do this, plus we picked the worse weekend for weather as there was gale force winds and halestone.

Excellent site very quiet and very clean, toilet block small but clean with showers ,ideal for all the family. Park only 5 minutes walk away. Its right in the heart of Anglesey just off the a55 about 2 minutes off the main road. Pub and resturant on site, electric hookup. Very friendly. Dogs allowed. Shops nearby like Tesco. Only 5 minute drive to Bangor and local shops only 1 minute drive. Train station down the road next toPpringles shopping centre. The beaches are around a 20 minute drive away but well worth the drive as they are excellent
