We've been to Tree's caravan park I think 3 times now, but between the family we must be heading for a dozen visits or more and it's our first choice for a holiday in Wales. The area is great, Tenby and Saundersfoot are stunning too. Tree's is not too far away from them and up a little hill and over a bridge into what feels like a lovely secluded little area. The grounds are surrounded by beautiful tall trees, and they are immaculately kept. We always get a warm welcome from Mel & Mark, and something about arriving feels like coming home. The caravans are clean, spacious and a perfect base for our holiday. We generally stay in a 3 bed so our 2 children have a room each and the set up a travel cot for us last time. Facilities are great, the large grassy area as fab for the kids to play on whilst we have a sit down on the picnic benches. There's a shop within a few minutes walk so you're never short of anything. Mobile reception is fairly sketchy, but to be honest that's one of my favourite parts, feels like a proper getaway. We'll be booking for next year as soon as we get organised.

Well just booked to go back again for Easter to here as enjoyed a last minute break at October school holidays, cracking site, Not one for doing reviews much but noted an earlier review and as new owners seem very helpful (met the Mel as mentioned in previous review). Think a new broom is sweeping clean.
It is a great location for exploring Pembrokeshire though a car or cycles are really needed for that. The site itself is superb with ever so helpful knowledgeable owners, which I was really shocked to find had not been there long as they knew about the area and how to look after guests etc, with the right mix of help and leaving you to enjoy so they had done their homework.
The caravan was clean tidy and well just spot on really, just noted some new vans on site for when we return, can only be better.
Only ever wandered through this part of Wales to get to Fishguard for the ferry before now. So glad we found this place.
I do find it so unsure when booking a hotel or caravan park, will it all be all right when we get there, will the room be nice, well have no worries here. It is spot on.

The campsite itself seemed quite well kept. They had a washer and dryer at very reasonable prices. On arrival we were met by the owners who were pleasant enough and shown to our van. The van was clean but could definitely do with updating in a few places. The main problem was the gas supply which was nowhere near sufficient to cook anything, even the toast refused to go brown. Was told by the owner that that was basically as good as it got. The noisy neighbours were always a huge problem for us, they sat outside our van each night laughing, shouting and swearing therefore keeping us awake. We asked to move but the owner said they were full. He even said that they had kept him awake and yet he didn't confront them about it and so the noise persisted for our entire stay. For this reason and the gas problem (which meant we had to eat out every day) we would not book here again.
Owner's response: Since this review Trees Caravan Park has moved to new owners. Having purchased 'Trees' in October 2011, my husband, Mark, and myself are in the process of renewing and refurbishing caravans for the 2012 season and this will include servicing of cooking facilities to ensure that they are in perfect working order. With regard to any issues raised by guests - we are a family run business and will strive to make everyone's holiday an enjoyable one and thus we would take appropriate action on any guest issue to ensure this remains the case. Regards Melanie Kemp (Owner)
