First visit here, and won't be the last. A very warm welcome. The small number of pitches are level and hard-standing in amongst static caravans. Electric hook-ups to each pitch. Toilets/washrooms are like going back in time but are clean and acceptable. Dog walk to rear along level track. Kids are well catered-for with some of the best play equipment we've seen on a site. Some pitches seem to be occupied by contractors, but don't let that put you off, they were very respectful even though some left for work at 4am. Actually a pleasant, quiet site, and a bargain at just £10 per night including electric.

Perfect place to stay for a few days. Mostly static homes but a few spaces for tourists. Always a warm friendly welcome. The park is very well maintained and very clean. Been visiting for a few years and would recommend.

Near to sea fron. T near to town centre. Cinema near by and pub. Lovely site owners, cannot do enough for you. They also have cafe and mandy makes a lovely breakfast at reasonable price. Showers a bit dated but spotless and for the money you cant go wrong. Lovely place. Will definitely visit again and again.

Better than it looks but we moved on as fast as possible. In a run down area of Redcar on the edge of an industrial estate.
Plenty of wasteground for children to play. Close to shops -inc Morrisons and Chip shop. Close to the beach - just across the golf course, easy walking. Walking distance to town centre.
Access road narrowed by parked cars both sides.
Derelict building partially demolished just opposite.

A mainly static site. With an area for tourers/campers at the top end of the site. Handy toilet/shower block(clean). It was a very quiet night. A nice walk into town along the seafront (about a mile) A nature reseve a few hundred yards at the back of the site. Reedbuntings. Plus the usual wetland regulars. Wild flowers. Not a bad place at all. To spend a day or two. They sell gas on site. No shop. Well maintained grounds. A couple of kids running about. Nothing to worry about. So a great place for a handy stopover.
