What a treasure of a site.

Quiet, nicely laid out and with excellent, bright, clean facilities.

Well-stocked shop for essentials and treats.

Wonderful dog walk, too.

Great clean site found down a narrow track.

The facilities and site were all clean and tidy. There is an on site shop selling draught beer.

The village itself has a pub and a chinese. Butthat's about it. The pub is looking like it might close down eventually. Food is only served on Sundays.

There is a good bus service to Spalding one way and Kings Lynn the other.

Quiet, clean, bus stop nearby what’s not to like.

We have used this site before and find it suits us completely.

The nearness to public transport to a variety of local places means can stay on site without any parking problems. Bus every 30 minutes.

Lovely quiet site, just what we needed to recharge the batteries.

A nice welcome from the owner,

Lovely well kept site with a good dog walk along the old railway track.

Fish and chip van comes every Friday and can highly recommend them.

Is on our list to return to

If you don't have a car and are not very mobile it's about a 10 min walk to the bus stop ( bus to Kings Lynn or Spalding adult fare £2 each way)down a gravel driveway.

Owner/staff helpful & friendly. Neat & tidy site with excellent showers & toilets. Washing machine & tumble dryer available at £3. 50 each.

Small shop on site with all the essentials & some excellent ice cream.

Beautiful location. Very quiet and pitches well spaced. Very clean facilities and great well stocked shop with the benefit if on tap beer!

We enjoyed a fully serviced pitch which was an excellent size. Good walks for dog owners. Good location for visiting South Lincolnshire and North Norfolk.

On arrival met by Stuart, shown around amenities and walked to our pitch. Site amenities spotless, pitches well laid out an amazing site.

Plenty of hot water, in showers and pot wash area. Small licensed shop on site, well stocked. Laundry room, no charge.

Plenty of information about the area and staff very knowledgeable and helpful.

Lovely site with clean facilities but unfortunately not for us. Not much to do within walking distance.

Dog walk is great but not secure to let dogs have a run. Must point out that if you have a noise sensitive dog to gun shots or loud bangs from the bird scarers this probably isn’t the one for you. Not the owners fault as was in land nearby but started early morning and we had a very distressed dog the few days we stayed and unfortunately had to move to another site. Originally booked for a week.
