What a very relaxing and homely campsite, all the services advertised where of first class. The friendly welcome and service was second to none. I would recommend anyone seeking a quiet and relaxing environment to book here, also what a great base to discover three separate regions of France.
The chalets are modern and well kept, fully stocked and very clean, all chalets have private grassed area with barbecue.
The pool is modern and clean and totally child friendly.
The trout lakes are well stocked and nicely presented.
I will be staying here again, a little gem hidden in a beautiful valley.

We have just returned from a lovely holiday at this campsite & felt that we had to list a review. The owners Steve & Sal were very friendly & helpful, it is a very relaxed campsite. We had a touring caravan pitch with electric. The toilet & showers were always clean.
The campsite restaurant served basic meals which we used a couple of times. The swimming pool is lovely if a bit cold but once you are in it is wonderful. They have lots of chickens & a goose running free. My 6 year old son was very excited when he caught some trout from the lake, which we then took back to our pitch & cooked on the bbq. There is also a lake for carp fishing.
The campsite is very beautiful with the 3 lakes at the bottom with the pitches terraced on one side with lots of trees & bushes. The location of the campsite is stunning with lots of 'most beautful villages in France' alongside the numerous rivers.
A Beautiful campsite, very reasonably priced, very friendly & relaxed ( the downside if you can call it that was that some areas were a bit unkempt).
Will definitely visit again some time & would recommend to friends to visit.

We found a site that was unkempt, that bore little resemblance to the pictures, which do look lovely.
There is one sanitary block with four loos in, but each loo is in a large room with a washing basin and a shower, so in the morning if you wanted the loo you had a long wait because people were washing and showering! One shower was not working properly - you couldn't get a shower from it, another gave you a nice shower, but the shower head attachment was broken.
The pool was cold and the water was not very clear, according to my kids. We found no table tennis table either!
We had a walk round the lake opposite the van, the lake itself was not as very attractive as the photos suggest. The little bridge from the site over to the bar had broken supports, and the hand rails were wobbly.
The approach roads are difficult: winding lanes and whichever way you leave there is a steep climb - (it is at the bottom of a valley). The lanes on the site for getting to your pitch were very narrow: we had to unhitch the van and needed help from other campers to get the van on the pitch. You can't park your car alongside the van, but have to leave it in a parking area, which is a pain - if you left something in the car you'd have to trudge back and get it.
