Nice little site the owners made us very welcome? pubs in staggering distance. Local spa shop and chip shop good, we even purchased some tasty tomatoes from the owners of the site too.
All in all very relaxing break for us at a small cost. We would go back again.
The Wastwater visit was enjoyable, except for the rain, but the drive down in a large 4x4 to the waters edge was worth it just to see the skin divers doing their stuff

Nice small site - only 1.5 acres.
Surrounded on one side by someones back garden, on 2 sides by houses, and then on the other beautiful views over the Lake District.
We are not members of the Caravan and Camping Club, but were made to feel welcome - good cheap fees - 6.50 a night. There is just the one toilet, no showers etc.
