Booked for a few days - the site is tucked away down the side of the pub, and the road to it also serves an industrial estate. Pitches were fine, they are each separated off with hedges, and were a good size. Toilet and shower were poor. Full of spiders! Not cleaned well enough or often enough. Cleobury Mortimer is the nearest town, and is very pretty, and we did find an amazing carvery restaurant a few miles away which we ended up going to 3 times during our visit. We made the most of the few days however the traffic in and out of the Industrial estate is extremely close to the caravans, and it woke us each morning from about 5am. Not what we had expected when we booked the break! We would not return here, though as I say the area itself is lovely.

We have camped in our tourer and under canvas in many sites around the country and having been swayed by Cathy99's earlier positive review decided on a couple of nights at the Blount Arms campsite.
The reality, however, was something other than positive: Never before have I had to spend a single night (for that's how long we stayed) without being able to use the toilet facilities for the rank stench, or being able to put my litter bag in the bins as all were overflowing. On the plus side, the Pub is very nice and the folk running it very accommodating (they were apparently were looking after the site while the owners were away).
Neither my wife or I are prudes, quite the contrary, but I'm afraid the atmosphere of this small campsite was stifling in the extreme and we were truly glad to get away.

This is a great little site. Situated about 300yards from the pub, all the pitches are separated with bushes to offer privacy and the pitch sizes are very generous. Hidden away from the open road with a forest backdrop and treelined view it offers a very quiet and peaceful break.
Very friendly pub, food is great, beer is great within a walm and welcoming atmosphere. If you are lucky one of the pubs locals Mike will invite you to a sing a long as he provides live music with his guitar.
We went last weekend, enjoyed it so much were going back this weekend.
