Special offer 10% off so £19. 50 per night, gravel hardstanding and EHU. Great value in these trying times.
Facilities clean and modern although probably limited if site full.
Friendly staff. On site bar and grill, undercover child’s play area. Large tent field also available.
Not on a regular bus route (twice weekly) so car or other form of transport useful to investigate the area.
Definitely worth a visit.

Such a lovely clean campsite
The owners make you feel so welcome and go out of their way to get to know everyone
Family orientated, the park was great for the kids, undercover as well so the kids can still play in bad weather
Nothing is too much trouble the owners Ally and Mark and all staff go above and beyond for you
The food is great and good entertainment in the club house,
We will definitely be going back again, 10 stars from all of us. sorry we didn't get to say goodbye as had to leave earlier than planned. Happy Birthday today Ally.

Onsite clubhouse serves tasty and reasonable food. Sunday roast is a must have! Family friendly entertainment at the weekends.
Really friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble. Dog friendly, must be on leads around the site but with a dog walking field for an off lead leg stretch.
The new owners have improved this site hugely. Onsite shop open 7 days a week. Coin operated launderette open 24 hours.
Ideally located for exploring Devon & Cornwall.

We spend a lot of time at this campsite both with children and by ourselves with the dog. Always a polite and warm welcome very happy to accommodate any needs. There is a shop which sells the necessities and some other local produce and On site launderette. The toilet facilities in the touring field are very clean and there is plenty of hot water also disabled facilities and baby changing. There is a bar on site that sells cooked food, which is very good and the staff behind the bar make you feel welcome. Drinks are not too expensive and they have guest ales. There is a TV, pool table and dart board.
The site itself is well maintained. There is a children's play area which is safe and well maintained. There is a rule that dogs cannot be walked on site, which is expected, but there is a road (not very busy) just outside the site to walk dogs. Which we find meets what is needed.
We love this site and have been coming here for years. Its quiet, peaceful and friendly

I stayed here for a week with my husband, 3 children and dog. On arrival the receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. The first couple of days were great, we had a nice meal in the bar, toilets are very clean and reasonably priced. It was about the 3rd day when the owner started moaning constantly. Our children who are 3, 10 and 13 had to be indoors by 9pm. We were not allowed to walk the dog on site which would mean we had to carry her off site to be walked. The 1st few days the kids were allowed to play on the pool table then she decided no kids were allowed on it and the play area is for small children so there was nothing for older kids to do. It seemed to be one thing after another and others on the site had been moaned at too for silly things.
This site is nice if you don't have children or dogs.

We got to the site using our satnav, it was in a secluded area of launceston. On arriving we were greeted by a friendly guy who told us where all the facilities were.
There are showers on site which were immaculate the only issue was as I took a while getting sorted so the lights went off mid shower because they were on a timer!
The bar served food too, we had an evening meal which was reasonably priced & tasty, the drinks were not too expensive. The bar had a american indian theme going on and the whole building was decked out in wood (even some chesterfield chairs and sofa in there!).
The ladies working the bar were friendly. The site was quiet and I would stay here again and it was an excellent 1st night after a long journey from the midland.
We were charge £18 for the night with hook-up (2 adults and 1 dog).

Nice friendly site, plenty of room to pitch our large tent, on a nice flat area, with a nice little playground close to where we pitched. We didn't use the clubhouse so we can't really comment on that.
The facilities were always clean with plenty of hot water for showers and washing dishes.
This is a great base for travelling around the top end of Cornwall, with Boscastle and Tintagel well worth a visit, we also enjoyed some time in Davidstow Military Museum which is about 30 minutes drive away, and is well worth a visit. We enjoyed our visit here.

We stayed 2 nights in our tent on this campsite, the owner/staff was very friendly. The site was clean. We went over the local pub for tea on the Sat night,a bit disappointed that it didnt open until 1830, with two young children it was a bit hard keeping them amused til then for their tea. The campsite owner showed us some caravans that were for sale too, it was nice of him to take time out to show us and he told us about the improvements he is doing to the site. One of which is moving the toilets nearer to the tent area, not that it is that far anyway. Will definitely go back to this site. We also went Trethorn Leisure Farm, Launceston - EXCELLENT day out.
