Quite adult only site close to the beach.

Clean toilets and showers in a newly refurbished block.

Use of washing machine and indoor pan washing sinks.

All pitches have ehu and close to fresh water.

The ferryboat pub/restaurant is within 10 minutes walk and the food and drink is good, if a bit pricey.

The town is a 25 minute walk or 5 minute drive. Tesco and B&M are a couple of minutes away and the beach is dog friendly and again, 10 minutes walk away.

A lovely small site, friendly owner and a great little facilities block. Nice and clean and handcrafted rather than bland Formica.

Great site for dogs as a relatively short verge walk from a private gate gave access to the seal sanctuary/ bus stop and ( closed at the time) pub called the Ferryboat.

A simple information sheet would have made a big difference to our stay. EG The big site opposite has a good sized shop, we found this on the last morning.

We will revisit, but nice clear info would have helped enjoy the stay from the start.

Stayed at this site 1week about 10years ago. Said we'd return. Got back after 28 night. Paule welcomed us on site because this site is security gated. First week was rough (can't do nothing about the weather).

Lovely little site. Well kept. Decent size pitches. No kids, what a plus. Showers/ toilets cleaned every day. Water temp just right. Very peaceful.

200yds to the pub. 300yds to the wide, long, clean, dog friendly beach until you approach the town.

1.5miles to Mablethorpe very dog friendly. Coop and Lidl in town. Travel to Louth for Aldi, Morrisons and Tesco.

Perfect site, all the things you need for a no frills site. Good sized pitches and within easy reach of shops etc.

No under 18s so fab to chill. Dog friendly with a dog walk. Very clean toilet and shower block.

The showers are hot and free. Washing machine available and pot washing facilities.

I've just had my third stay on this fantastic little site. The owners are brilliant and once you have pitched up, that's it. The toilet facilities are always clean and the free showers are fabulous.

Dogs are welcome, but as with other sites, must be kept under control at all times. The beach is only a short walk and without restriction for dogs.

Wifi has been installed since my last visit, as has the new fob operated barrier. New fencing is currently being installed.

The only negative comments aren't actually anything that the owners can control. This site is across the road from a very large, static populated site, and at times the noise can be horrendous, but in all fairness, has usually gone quiet by 10pm. I suppose it depends on when you want to sleep.

The other negative is the road noise. Again, beyond the owners control, but it does occasionally have periods of heavy usage. Usually quite early, with the occasional boy racer at night.

All in all this is a very well maintained and quiet site. We will always return as we enjoy it so much.

Just had two nights on this site. It was just what we were looking for. Nice and quiet, near the beach, great for the dog's. Half hour beach walk into Mablethorpe.

Nice dog friendly pub down the road. Nice little shower block but no heating. Freezing. Will definitely go again.

Lovely little site.

Very nice quiet and friendly site handy for Mablethorpe seafront. Easy access from country road very light traffic no traffic noise later in the evening.

New Clean toilet block with free hot showers, including separate disabled facilities.

Quiet site no facilities for children, no space for children to play ball etc, but the sands and dunes are a short walk away.

Will definitely be visiting again.

Swallow Park what a lovely little site.

Toilets and showers new and very clean. The fields are flat and manicured. The owner I met was Paule House(MRS) and she couldn't have been more obliging. It is a really nice friendly site, seemed to be mainly used by 40+ age.

Safe and secured dogs welcome. They seem quite easy going as owners and just want you to have a good break whilst respecting everyone else's right to do so.

Access to a fab beach, great walks and also Mablethorpe, a little further out Sutton-on-Sea and Skegness via car.

We phoned the owner whilst there and she came in 5 mins. (it is also a working farm too).

We are going to site ours there for 2 months so I guess that says it all really.

If you are after peace and quiet this is the site for you. It is near the beach (half mile) and a pub nearby called the ferryboat and you can play bingo for 10p. Town centre is 1 mile away.

It is a certificated camping and caravanning site, only snag you have to use own sanitation and is just a field but is very cheap £23.00 approx. for the week.

They do caravan storage and you can use a generator.

I take my 4 children with me and my dog and use the site regulary you have to book for main holidays because site is 1 acre but other times is pretty much free.
