From start to finish amazing staff fantastic,
Facilities where all you needed,
The site itself has panoramic views of the most beautiful beaches mountains etc,
So close to beach a wee dander into town and price for me was very reasonable
Will definitely be back.

We have stayed at Greenlands Caravan Park many times, and it has continued to be of a high standard. The toilet/shower block is very clean, however we were shocked to discover there is no soap dispensers.
There are computers available in the TV room, and also a games room, which is popular among the children.
The campsite is situated within walking distance from the beautiful beach, and also from the village shop.
The staff were helpful and we will definitely be returning to Greenlands in the future.

I was disappointed with the camping facilities on this site. The tent area was inadequate and quite a walk to the essential facilities such as toilets, a pain especially with small children.
The tent area isn't suitable for larger tents and also it's tucked up against a fence at the back of the site, out of the way and with no view of the sea. Caravans are better catered for, since they are close to the amenity block and have access to the view.
The staff were not friendly on my stay either, in fact quite the opposite. My impression was that people with caravans get preferential treatment.

We visited the Campsite over 10-15th July 08 and found the following.
-This campsite is unbookable, be warned if it is a holiday weekend either in the North or South of Ireland. We witnessed a few being turned away, when all the electric hookups were taken.
-Toilet facilities very clean
-Segregated small children's play area
-Segregated tent area, albeit some bits on a slope
-Views of the sea and surrounding are are amazing.
-Harry's Bar a short walk away was lovely with its water well inside the bar as a feature with fish in it.
-The local chinese was excellent too
-If you are coming here for a sailing event SYC is a walk away down the hill.
-2 beaches are close by with lifeguard cover.
All in all it is good quiet campsite even when full - as long as you can get in after a 4hr drive

We only stopped at this site for the one night as we were touring in a tent, so we can not comment too much about this site. We did find the facilities clean and tidy with plenty of showers toilets and sinks, it had a camp kitchen but we did not see it, seems lots of sites in Ireland provide these. The pitches for caravan’s motor homes etc are really nice with lovely views across to the Atlantic. But the area for tents is on quite a slope, fine for the smaller 2/3 man tents, but larger tents need to look for a good spot. Pegging out is fine grassy and easy to push the pegs in, its quite a stroll to the shower / wash block which are a card swipe entry, this can be a pain when at times. The views are wonderful and the site is nicely placed for the town, the site has play area and games / TV room if the weather is bad you can be a little exposed on this site if in a tent. It’s a very good site if in a caravan or motor home especially. Well worth a stop over if touring round the site setting is truly lovely.

This is a beautiful, clean ,well run ,site with sea views on all sides. There is a gourmet restaurant nearby (Austies) and the village of Rosses Point has the usual pubs, shop etc. The town of Sligo is within five miles and there are a number of seaside towns within a short drive. Bundoran, Donegal. Highly recomended

June 2004 This site is situated next to the lovely sandy beach and the golf course. Well spaced out with hardstandings and electric. Tents are in a diferent field near to reception. There is a fantastic campers kitchen for those in tents with sinks, electric rings a microwave. The toilets and showers are large, plentiful and kept extremely clean and a laundry too. There is a pot washing room etc for campervan and caravan users. This site overlooks the lighthouses and the village is nearby. There is a tv room and games room too.
