Excellent caravan club CL. 3 acres for 5 vans, never had so much room. There is a toilet but was closed due to covid but no doubt would be immaculate as the other facilities were. We used our own shower so not a problem
Very friendly owners.
Will definitely return.

Just returned from our 3rd stay at this great CL. And we will be returning again next year!
This site is great for families, as there is several of acres of lawned grass surrounded on most sides by trees.
There are 9 EHU numbered pitches, so even if you are the last van to arrive you will still have plenty of choice.
The site is split into 2 by a hedge running across the middle, as we were in a party of 3 vans we pitched one side of the hedge and had a field to ourselves, which was great as we basically had our own private playing field where we could play cricket & footy without disrupting the other tourers. On a 'normal' site you would have had to share a field of this size with probably at least 20/30 plus other vans!
The site is obviously a labour of love for the owners, as everything is immaculate. We often use caravan club CLs for short stays with friends and this is the best CL we have found.
There are toilets on site with separate male/female, you can also shut the door to the toilet block itself if you want to wash in privacy. They were exceptionally clean all weekend.
Nice pub within walking distance - The Goat, which has a children's play area.
We visited Bacton Woods & swimming pool at North Walsham. Site is nicely located for either visiting coast, Norwich, broads, Blicking & Felbrigg Halls.
Nice views too.

What a little gem this 5 unit 17 acre CL site is. No noise from traffic, plenty and I mean plenty of room. Very well laid out with lovely little walks around the site. The owners couldn't be more friendly and always have time for a chat. There are no showers but the toilets and wash basins are immaculate. Although very well looked after the site is not regimental and you are able to pitch your unit in any direction. Lots to see in the area from countryside to seaside. I would recommend this site to anyone who wants a peaceful weekend or holiday and all for just £10 per night. Well done to the owners. We will definitely visit again.

Stayed here for the second time as a good test for the start of the season as only 30mins from home. This is a lovely site with loads of space for the children to play and ride bikes. The toilets are immaculate and the owners are very friendly. It is very peaceful and relaxing and we will definitely return again.

April 2004 Easy access Extremly well kept with very very friendly owners. Electric Hook up, Toilet, Tap and Waste point. 2 pubs within 1 ½ miles. 15 mins by car to Aylsham or North Walsham with good shops and pubs. Good cycling on country lanes. This site is set in 3 acres of beautifully laid out raised land with good views over the Norfolk countryside. The area has been planted with hundreds of trees and has dog walks incorporated within the grounds. The owners are really really (not a repeated word) friendly and the toilets are imaculate. Highly recommend as a base for touring Norfolk. Have been to this site many times, it is so relaxing, but now gets booked very quickly.
