Good Touring site within a larger park with many static caravans.
Touring park was relatively flat and pitches all grass each with a drainage point.
Showers & Toilet facilities clean and showers needed a token which cost £1, water temperature and shower length were good.
Walking distance in Arbroath and good cycling up and down the coast and path from the site.
I would use again.

Was surprised having not visited the site in over 10 years that it was exactly the same, I thought that perthshire caravans would have upgraded the facilities , but it was clean and tidy as usual
The price was £41 per night and awning was extra. had to pay a £10 deposit for a toilet key and £1 for a five minute shower which was barely warm
But the site was spotless and plenty of bins in a good location
The clubhouse was very reasonably priced and the location was excellent for the beach and pleasureland amusements.

Great sight with plenty of facilities and great area for children a stones throw away.
Lovely Town and plenty to do.
Campsite a little more expensive than normal and had to acquire tokens for shower but toilet facilities were spotless

Noisy road and rail traffic on the other side of a wall and just ten metres from where we were allocated a pitch.
There were many empty pitches nearly 100 metres from this one but we were too late to move away from the noisy part. The staff should allocate pitches farther away from the road and railway first. They said they would look into this.
The grass was cut and the mower did not pick up the cuttings so they made a real mess on the camper floor. Please just pick up the cuttings to help reduce this mess. We don't want to brush the van out all the time.
Facilities good and check in / out good but other half wasn't impressed that she had to get tokens for the hair dryer but that's fair enough as it uses power, but she didn't know about this at check in.
Their sister site at St Fillans is far quieter.

Nice site, shower block and toilets spotless,
For anyone that's not a good sleeper there's a railway just across the road.
Need a mixer deck for karaoke then it would be spot on.

Beautifully clean caravan. Good access to beach and nearby town within walking distance.
Super laundry room. Only disappointment was that you had to pay£6. 50 to use the swimming pool.

The caravan site was lovely caravan clean overall it was lovely.
The only thing I would have a negative remark on is there is no exit on far away side of park where we were located it would have been nice to have one to get to asda and other shops there myself and my partner don't drive so this was a bit unfortunate.
I feel if they put a gate even with a key for security purposes would make peoples stay that do not drive a bit less hassle.

The touring pitches were in a well kept flat grass area with a large stone wall between the vans and a busy road, at the far side of the road was a railway line. The noise from both at times was quite loud.
Access to a very good prom and beach is across the road and under the railway line. There is a pedestrian crossing just outside the main gate to cross the road which was needed because of the volume of traffic.
The toilet and shower block I thought was ready for a refit and very small shower cubicles, but was kept reasonably clean.
We only stayed 2 nights but at £28. 50 per night I consider this quite expensive + if you wanted a shower or use of a hair drier you had to purchase tokens at 50p a time(+ plus a £10. 00 refundable cash deposit for the facilities key).
In their touring instructions they say quite rightly that there should be no ball games and dogs should be kept on a lead at all times but there was nearly always children playing football in the touring area and certain dog owners totally disregarding the rules. (ours were kept on a lead at all times)
The instructions also stated there would be wardens checking rules were followed but we saw no-one.
Arbroath we quite enjoyed especially around the harbour area.
We would like to visit the area again but would try to find a better touring site.

Caravan site was fantastic. Really enjoyed my stay.
Will be back this year. The site facilities were excellent.
It's a well looked after site. Well maintained.
Being across the road from the sea was perfect.
