First time with our trailer-tent wasn't sure what we had to do, staff were more than helpful and some campers lent a hand with setting up. We were recommended here by friends so thought we would give it a trial run. The facilities were clean and tidy, staff quite friendly, grounds well maintained and the bonus of being close to Clacton, which is a beautiful place in its own. Had a lovely time, children friendly and the site itself was safe and friendly and will be seeing us again for sure, would recommend to anyone.

Big well appointed site great atmosphere. Loads of things on site, shops pool 2 clubs arcades ect. You can even drive up onto the beach for a small fee but I wouldn't bother because you can park next to the sea wall anyway for free. The beach is a bit boggy but OK.
I liked this site a lot it also had the policy of charging the same price all year round -- no hikes in price because of the school holidays.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Very close to Clacton wich is nice.

I went on holiday to St Osyth Beach in 2008. The sites facilities where great the shop had loads of different varieties of stock and the bar had lots to choose from. The entertainment was fab! The surrounding area is lovely! Luckily for us it was great weather when we was down but there are so many places to choose from to sit and have lunch/ drink. It's literally right on the beach and its sister park Seawick is directly opposite and you can use both parks facilities for free! I heard that Seawick are having an outdoor pool this year so I can wait to use that in the summer.
