Sloping field, very difficult to find level spot large enough for a frame tent. Kike tents probably a few, ground also very uneven. The pub was atmospheric service good, food excellent but a little pricey, however the pub was popular as busy during our stay, you might even have to book to make sure of a table. Toilets and washing facilities at pub. Cost £5 phpn steep considering the poor quality of field and that other sites with better pitching the same price, but location ideal for walking activities around the area. Owners very pleasant and chatty.

Pleased to find Bulls Head has reopened under new owner who is an excellent chef.
Beautiful scenery, great walking area.
Camping on a fairly large field(sloping in parts)next to pub. You need to park on the road for unloading as no vehicles allowed on the field. Access to pub's toilets and basins, separate for men and women. Basic camping with option of atmospheric pub, reputed to have a resident ghost called George. Pub has an attached garden with benches and trees, perfect on a summers day.
