The staff always cleaning toilets / showers
We’re use it again loads choice near to several places - needs a bigger club house as so popular

We have stayed here a few times now and will continue to do so.
The Park is not huge and has bungalows, statics, chalets and apartments for hire.
All accommodation is clean, tidy and well loved. Each has all the necessaries you would need to enjoy your holiday.
On site is a few shops. These do change but currently are a sweet shop and fancy dress shop. There is also a take away place that do very tasty chips.
Across the road is a bakery and a large Londis Supermarket that sells most items at good prices.
There is a Co op in Dawlish and a Tesco about 20 mins drive away in Teignmouth.
The entertainment is first class. Both daytime and evening entertainment is arranged with a separate children's club in the evening during bingo time.
The entertainment area is large and well laid out so that even from the back you can usually get a good view. At the back of the area is the bar plus 'The Welcome Bite' which does meals and snacks. These are delivered to your table or can also be delivered to your accommodation!
There is a swimming Pool, divided into four separate areas. Toddler, fun, sports and jacuzzi. The water is usually quite warm which is nice. My only complaint here would be that the changing area is only big enough to fit a couple of people at a time so you need to come prepared. There are lockers for all your bits and also a viewing area for spectators.
Off the entertainment area is an arcade area. There is also a sports/football area and an outdoor play park.
If you do get bored on site, the beach is a couple of minutes walk where you can find plenty of arcades, more food places and a shop that seems to sell everything including clothes.
This is also where the Dawlish Train Station is so an ideal place for someone who has no transport.
All in all a great site. They just need to have a tent area for campers and it would be perfect.
