I have used this site many times over the years, every time we return the facilities have improved. The owner Gerry has become a friend over these years and we were slightly puzzled by the negative review from 'Don'.
The site has many amenities, a large comfortable licensed clubhouse incorporating a function room for meals and lunches. There is an 18 hole golf course adjacent, with a driving range and putting green, open to all and only £10/round. I am not a golfer but spent many happy hours fishing on the Avon (40 yards from my 'van) which is free for campers.
The ablution block is temporary as the owner is applying for planning to build a purpose built toilet/shower block (there is a notice explaining this, the notice also says to report to the owners if the facilities are below par!)
Put it this way, we have already booked again for this year!

The worst camping site I have ever visited
the toilet block was 1 toilet and 1 shower for each sex. When you had a shower the base did not drain away until hours later and the water overflowed all over the block. There was a tiny wash basin so there was no way to have a wash. No soap no mirror no toilet paper. The place was always flooded.
The ladies had a open bucket for sanitary wear no disinfectant or lid not emptied that week.
The block was only cleaned once that week someone had been in the mens with mud on their feet and the whole week I had to stand in muddy water.
The owners had a notice up telling us to take home our rubbish (or be charged ) as they did not have bins no recycling.
One caravan owner asked what was he to do with his grey water was told to ditch it into the hedge behind him. Needless to say we will never go back as along with three caravan owners who disliked the facilities.

This site is excellent. Well kept and clean. The owner of this site cannot do enough for you. Car broke down while hubby commuting to and from camp site. Gerry could not do enough to help the situation.
Site 10/10 both rally field and hardstanding
Fishing free by the river Avon, loads of walking, dog friendly. Only 40mins walk into Pershore. Bleadon Hill short distance away.
Would highly recommend this site to everyone.
