This was our 3rd Stay here in 4 years and we were made so welcome. More like old friends than customers. Its a lovely quiet site in a pretty sheltered spot. Clean facilities.
The camping field is separate from the caravans and bunkhouse. All the tents are well spaced and idiots aren't stood for so apart from the owls there no noise at night. There's no play area but all the kids on site seemed not to need it as there plenty of room for ball games and the like. There's a small shop in the village ideal for breakfast stuff or packed lunch before heading to the beach.
The location is ideal for all the beaches around Abasoch as well as only 1. 5 mile walk in to Abasoch it's self (footpaths and no main roads ).
All in all it's a great little site in a convenient location with genuinely caring owners.

This is a great site in a tranquil setting with lovely views. It's on a farm so you sleep and wake to the sound of sheep and I have to admit to feeling just a little guilty listening to the lamps bleating whilst my wife was cooking up his speciality - lamb casserole! The site is very well maintained with spotlessly clean toilet and shower blocks. The owner is a genuinely nice bloke, he is proud of his site, welcoming and helpful. He likes things to be kept neat and tidy and that suits us perfectly. In fact we like this site so much that we are spending another week end there shortly and intend to stay many more times for as long as we remain campers. See you soon.

I don't know where on earth straycat753 stayed to have given this site such a glowing report! The only thing I can agree with is that the owners are nice people.
On our arrival we went to the site office which looked as if someone had just broken in and trashed it! We were shown to a very poor loosely speaking hard standing pitch which had just a bit of hardcore thrown on it and was on such a steep incline I doubt my clutch will ever recover.
When we stayed the toilet, yes, toilet, the only male one servicing about 50 men camping, using the bunk house and caravan site was hardly clean and neither were the two showers.
There were too many faults with this site to mention suffice to say we won't be returning which is a shame as it is situated in a lovely area.

Had a wonderful 4 nights stay, clean quiet site, good welcome on arrival with a choice of pitches to choose from. Showers and toilet block always kept clean, showers always hot and powerful. Water point for each pitch (in the main field). Nice sun trap, even when beach was a bit breezy and cool, relaxing by caravan was warm and being in a valley not much wind. Good location for exploring the llyn peninsula, Nice pubs to eat and drink in within a walk or driving distance. Once again friendly owners. Will definitely stay here again.

We were glad to be allowed to stay on the site, as we were 5 blokes on motorbikes and had met with some refusals. So a big plus to the owners who could tell we weren't hellraisers!
He did originally mention though that the site was going to be nearly full with bookings, before directing us to the corner of a field which contained a wasps nest - thanks!
Needless to say the field didn't fill up, but anyway credit where its due.
The field is largely flat is most places, although the toilet block is a little way away, with only one toilet (no urinals) in the gents! Clean tidy and basic, lovely little spot and a short tax into Abersoch (which is a pretentious place full of Range rovers)and not far from the beach.
A decent site for basic camping without frills - not ideal for tourers who can find better options.

Nice simple basic site. Camping field is set away from toilet block but there are water taps in the field. Mostly level with some areas on a slope. Loos are clean and tidy.
Owners are friendly and helpful. We had some great walks directly from the site and enjoyed the peace and solitude there. We'll go back definitely.

Stayed here twice last year, once for the May half term(great weather) and then again in the summer. Love the place for it's peace and quiet, climate, shelter from the wind as it is in the valley, central location for access to the beautiful beaches and the owners( Phil and Meana) are great. Fly the farm dog is very friendly too, even though he did nick the muffins! Facilities are basic but what else do you need. Water always warm and available. Places to wash off wetsuits handy as the beaches are great for boarding! Only a few tourers and tents able to pitch with electric which adds to privacy of this site. People on it are ones who return time after time. Walk to local pub is a nice one and we saw an owl up close in flight on the way back. All in all two good holidays!
