Lovely little campsite - had lovely sunny emplacement - staff were very friendly - swimming pool was lovely and warm - all in all would recommend this campsite less than 1 hour from Calais - We only stayed 4 days but would have liked to stay longer - loved it will come again. Great campsite for overnight if travelling further south or for longer if wanting campsite nearer honme. Didn't use all he facilities but I'm sure they would be brilliant

A very nice feel to this campsite which covered swimming pool. Free archery on the site, small children's playground and nice bar/restaurant (although tres expensive).
It is also possible to rent a chalet by the hour (20 euro) which has a sauna and a jacuzzi.
Not much around in the immediate vicinity and probably only for a short stay although lovely beaches about 15/20 mins drive at Berck. (Also good seal watching near the light house).
We stayed in low season at Easter and it was still pretty expensive at about £40 euro for two adults and two children. Correction - my son was classified as an adult too because he has reached the grand old age of 10 - a not uncommon wheeze in France these days.
A good choice if you don't want to drive too far from Calais.

We used this campsite as an alternative to the one in Calais on our way back to the UK. It is situated in quiet surroundings, and in the sunshine would be lovely, as it has a covered swimming pool. However, not much going for it in the rain.
The website says it is just 30 minutes from Calais (by jet plane I would think) as it is 30-45 minutes countryside driving off the motorway and then at least another 30 minutes on the motorway to get to the eurotunnel.
It was comparatively expensive to most French campsites we had stayed in (they charged for all the children, even the under 5s) and charged us 48 Euros for one night. Although the pitches were large, ours consisted of a huge gravelly part (not great for tents!) and a grassy part.Which turned into a rather large muddy bog during the night!
The showers were hot - in fact, too hot to use - and contained the wash basins, which also had scalding hot water - in a separate building to the toilets.Okay, except early morning when the showers are locked. There were also donkeys in an electrically fenced off field. Not too pongy, but no signs that the 'rope' around the fence was electrified and two of my children received mild shocks. There was a small sandy playground. And a bar, which we didn't try out.
So, great in the sun, not so in the rain (and rather expensive for what it was) - wouldn't go back.
