 We picked out this site using the UK Campsite search engine for our last stop over before getting the ferry from Roscof on 31/8/12. Their web site looked inviting and offered good facilities. The site was sign posted well through Binic, but access is via a small steep lane and turning is tight into the site and very tight within it. However, once in - we were the only ones on site, was it was a campsite that time had forgotten and resting on past glories?? It seemed so. The grass pitches were a little untidy and everywhere was somewhat overgrown. The bar area was closed, the wash blocks were all closed up, apart from one shower and one toilet unit for us. The pool had been drained (had it ever been filled ??!)we were told that it is closed because the season was ended - this was 30/8/12; very odd. We did have electric, 10 amps, but when we switched on our low watt kettle, the trip went off, so gave that up and reverted to gas. We did have a water hook up, but no chemical waste empty area. All this said, the site was situated well and the owners very polite and helpful. But please, the site could be stunning and so much better, just look after it, or were we really unlucky at the end of the season; their web site has opening to September! Our price for one night, caravan and four of us, plus water / electric = €26
