Great welcome from the owner. The husband speaks excellent English and likes to practice.We were allowed to chose a pitch from several on offer having turned up on spec. A fridge was available to hire as well. The pitches are mostly under walnut trees and are spacious and mostly flat.

The toilet facilities are great and there is a dedicated area for children with their own low sink, a separate low shower and a separate low toilet. My two loved it.

The pool was unheated but a good size. We were the only people using it for the first 2 days but it was raining!

Entertainment was available including a children's club in french. One evening there was a petanque tournament. Another afternoon ponies were brought in for children to ride - E5 each. There was also a regional evening with the opportunity to taste regional food. The food was excellent but we were expected to join in with 'games' between courses and the children sat at a different table.

On the whole a lovely site in a good area. We left with a complimentary bag of walnuts.Visit the gouffre de padirac- awesome.
