A nice site with no shower/toilet block.
We stay here quite frequently, usually for one night, while on our way home, 50 miles from site. We have stayed for a week though.
Always find to be very quiet. It is now self check in, although there are wardens around if needed.
About 4/5 miles from Bourton On The Water for shopping, one of the best Coop supermarkets I've ever seen.
One of the very few Caravan Club sites we use, apart from CLs. Its very reasonably priced as opposed to may of the others.

I stayed here with my dog recently. Lovely quiet site with no shower block.
Small dog walk across a neighbouring farmer's field onto a bridle path.
Not a lot nearby but a short drive to Bourton on the water.
We went to Batsford Arboretum, which was really nice.
Not too far from Stow on the wold and Moreton in Marsh for a wander round the towns.

Gem of a site. Lovely location, beautifully kept site. Generous pitches. Helpful staff. No toilets or showers.
To my surprise, we managed very well, using the facilities in the caravan.

Found site to be very clean and spotlessly tidy. Surprised by very large pitch, plenty of room for awning, car and unit. Electric supplied to each pitch. TV reception variable, who needs tv when on a break.
Very quiet site. No children on site whilst we were there.
5 miles away is cute chocolate box village of Bourton-on-the Water. Big Coop supermarket in town.
Be sure to visit the Motor Museum and Birdland. Very nice meals can be had at Birdland at reasonable prices. The Dinosaur part of Birdland is sure to be a hit with children of all ages. Be sure to leave at least a morning for this attraction.
The staff at the campsite were very friendly and willing to help. Friendly greeting on arrival makes a difference after a long journey. Would recommend this site to all. No children's playground so might only be suitable for adults only.
We had a good time here.

A small but well kept site. In an ideal location for touring about the numerous picturesque Cotswold towns and villages. No toilet block but with modern caravans not an absolute essential. Mainly grass pitches with a few hardstandings, several service points around the site, EHU. A quiet and peaceful site.

Found this site at last minute as the site we booked didn't work out. The wardens couldn't have been more helpful in directing us to the site.
Our first non facilities site, but won't be our last. Bourton is a very well looked after site very quiet with good views.
The village of Bourton on the water is about 5 miles away very beautiful village. There is a bus stop at entrance but limited service. Good location for Stow-on-the-Wold, Moreton in marsh, Cheltenham ect.
Free parking in most villages after 3pm.
Don't know if this site would be good for children as no park on site but children enjoyed going round on bikes.
No toilets but facilities they had where spot on.
No pub or shop in walking distance but we where out most of time so stopped of at big co op in Bourton or Tesco in stow.
Warden gave us map of dog friendly pubs which was helpful.

This was a great site for novice motorhomers, good access straight from a relatively main road. It was clean, well provisioned and a warm welcome was received. This is an Ideal location for cycle touring in the heart of the Cotswolds and walking distance to plenty of good eateries. Bourton on the Water is a very pretty spot with lots of things to see and l, entry of shops to mooch around.

The Bourton-on-the Water site is located on the old railway station site at Notgrove, about half way between Andoversford and Bourton-on-the-Water. It is a small site, but ideally placed for exploring the southern Cotswolds.
Being an old railway station, the pitches are largely level and spacious. The site is set well back from the main road and is quiet and peaceful, only the songs of the birds to disturb your morning slumbers.
The Wardens are friendly and keep the site in very good order. The small information shed is well stocked with brochures for local attractions. There are a good selection of restaurants and pubs in Bourton-on-the-Water, or you can visit Cheltenham if you want a larger selection. There are also a number of excellent rural pubs to choose from if you want a quiet meal.
We stayed for three nights so the lack of a facilities block was not a problem.
We would recommend a stay at this site and will certainly be returning before too long.

Beautiful site with really friendly wardens. Right in the middle of the Cotwswolds in an amazing location with easy access to the surrounding areas.
The wardens are really helpful and friendly, the pitches are roomy and easy to gain access to, a dog walking area, and lovely walks available from the site.
Bus services are great, lots of lovely pubs and eating places very close in neighbouring villages.
I definitely will be returning. The price of the site was very competitive compared with similar sites in the area.
