We stayed here for six nights at the beginning of August with our two boys aged 9 and 11.
Location- not far from the motorway. Quiet lanes once off the main road. A few miles from Sarlat and other attractions. You need to drive to get anywhere.
Reception- reasonably friendly, check-in fast and efficient. Not so helpful when our son lost his bike (fortunately we found it) or when we complained about the noise at night.
Pitches- very shady, which was needed, and very big. Touring pitches are mixed in with statics and high hedges between. It did make it feel a little claustrophobic, but the large pitch size made up for that. We had a pitch very close to the pool and bar, which did mean we had noise from the entertainment until 12. 30am on a couple of nights despite the website saying they expected quiet after 11pm. Weren't too bothered though, but we were disturbed by kids later than that. Think they should make these pitches statics only due to the noise, and put tourers a bit further away.
Shop- very small and overpriced.
Bar and restaurant- didn't use so can't comment.
Pool- very nice, no problem getting a sun lounger. Got a bit busy in the water at times. Kids enjoyed the slides. Annoying that half the main pool was cordoned off for an hour mid-afternoon for a canoe session by one of the on-site tour operators. Personally I feel this should be done earlier in the morning when the pool isn't so busy.
Other play/sport facilities- there's a tennis court, multi-sports court, trampolines, nice kid's play area, gym and table-tennis. All of these are included in your pitch fee but you do need to book the tennis court. All were well maintained and never too busy.
Wash facilities- toilets and showers were always clean. Nice warm showers. Never had to queue.
Area- In a good location for getting to the main tourist attractions in the area, eg- Sarlat, canoeing on Dordogne, Le Roque Gageac.
Unfortunately we would not return to this site. There was noise well into the early hours from teenagers. My husband went out three nights to ask them to be quiet. Each time they obliged but I don't expect to have to have our sleep disturbed every night and my husband to have to police the site's own quiet rule! This site isn't cheap but when we told reception about the noise they said the quiet rule was not enforced by the site, it was up to individuals to respect this rule, and they saw no problem with my husband having to go out to ask the kids to be quiet!
Also, whilst there, we experienced a severe storm that knocked out power for the whole region, obviously no fault of the site. They had their own generator, but it did not provide enough power for the whole site (understandably). They chose to keep power for the bar and a visiting band that evening, and told people they would be able to put their fridges and lights on after midnight- when the bar closed! We weren't impressed.
It's a shame because with a little more thought and consideration this could be a lovely site. I think it may be that the owner is trying to (or having to) please the tour operators too much.

We are staying on this site for 9 nights with two other families. Booked the pitches in winter and they allocated us all together. The pitches are tucked away in areas of 5 or 6 with all types of units together, they are all service and electric adapter needed. Pitches typical of french sites, lots of shade from trees but this is needed as temps in the 30s it's fab. We all have large twin axles so tight getting into them but pitches big.
This site is lovely, it's clean and everything's included in pitch fees such as wifi, trampolines, tennis etc, you have to wear wristbands.
There are 3 pools with 3 watersides, our kids love the pools, it's great. The area around the pool has been concreted over as the previous reviews stated it hurt feet so the site must have sorted this out, the food on site is very good and entertainments also excellent.
I love this site and it will take some beating, there's a good mix of nationalities which is also nice.
There are two play areas and large football field, kids clubs, gym, tennis, volleyball.
Excellent security on site with barriers. Sarlat close only ten minutes and supermarkets near, you do need car to get out and about but excellent site for the dordogne.

I and my partner stayed in a Keycamp static caravan here for a week in early June 2011.
The van was lovely and the Keycamp staff very friendly and helpful.
The park was beautiful we could not fault it in anyway at all.
There is a small shop and a takeaway if you do not want to venture far. A lovely bar and terrace where you can have a meal if you wish overlooking the pool and park.
The pool looked very inviting and had slides for the children. There is also a children's play area.
And a small gym for the adults
An Ideal area to stay if you wish to explore the Dordogne valley and the neighbouring Lot region.

We spent a week at this campsite in July 2008. Overall a little disappointed with it given the reviews here. The majority of pitches are given over to static units, 'Keycamp' tents etc. Our pitch, and a few others, at the farthest end from the reception area was surrounded by static units and was a considerable distance from the nearest toilet block. This block was of poor standard and needs updating and general maintenance. Whilst showering the water temp. Varied between lukewarm, very cold and dangerously hot (unfortunatley not in any predictable sequence!). There were invariably queues for toilets and showers. The other toilet block was at the other end of the campsite and had obviously been recently upgraded and was much nicer and functional.
The pool area was really nice with one big pool and smaller area into which flumes flowed and grassed area with shade. I would echo previous comment about the surface around pool area- it is like walking on crushed glass. We certainly felt the pool area should be supervised as kids were just crashing down the flumes without waiting for others to get out the way and the pool rules were being ignored with people occasionally smoking, drinking beer from glass bottles etc. Poolside.
The owners encourage recycling which is to be commended. However, no recycling areas or bins were located within the site, meaning we had to walk from one end of the site to the entrance at the other (where recycling was) with all rubbish, bottles, cardboard etc.
I would agree that the restaurant is good and reasonably priced. Good tennis court / kids playpark. Loads to do in the surrounding area.

Have just returned from a week at this lovely campsite with our two teenage daughters and a friend of one of them. Pools lovely and especially the slides and flumes. The only very bizarre and extremely uncomfortable thing was that no footwear allowed at all on poolside even though the surface was sharp shingle embedded into concrete and was excrutiatingly painful underfoot! We barbecued virtually every night but ate lunch once and had the excellent "menu Palombiere" for dinner in the restaurant on the last night. Very safe for the children and locked to cars after 11pm for peace and quiet. We were enchanted with the beauty of the whole area and loved the quaintness of Sarlat which was a 7km drive away. Quite touristy but the girls loved it so we were all happy. We are definitely considering it again for next year.

Excellent campsite very friendly owners and a superb pool complex. Would definitely recommend this campsite to parents of young children. This is a small campsite 177 pitches which has a playground, crazy golf, bike hire on site Very good spot for exploring the Dordogne. You can book canoe trips at the site & horse-riding. There is a bulletin board which details the weeks weather, what sports i.e. Canoe hire can be booked on what days, Church and Hospital information. The reception is a good source of information on what attractions are in the area you can also purchase tokens for the washing machines from reception. Barbecue's are supplied with rented accommodation. There are 2 on site washing/toiletry facilities.
