A little gem of a site. Small field well kept with pitches for five caravans. We stayed for two nights and were the only unit on the site. A very basic site with water taps near the gate and toilet and waste disposal in a drain in the corner of the field.
Mrs. Stamp was very helpful and friendly. A pub serving bar meals about 15mins walk. We had very good weather and a very enjoyable stay.

We received a phone call the day before our arrival to give us information and contact telephone numbers and arrange our arrival time. Welcomed on site on the morning of our arrival and given the choice of the pitch we wanted, shown all the facilities including dog walking areas. We were then left alone to enjoy the lovely views and wild life and the peace and quiet. We only stayed the weekend but it made a lovely break, a couple of visits from the owners to make sure everything was OK was a nice touch. This is a working farm so some farm traffic is to be expected but the touring site is well catered for and very well looked after. The facilities are limited but adequate for a touring CL site which is well located just off the main road but still in a quiet location. Not much to do on site apart from dog walking and enjoying the country side but that is what we like.

Peace and quiet just about summs it up, level nicely mowed paddock with trees on three sides, just a five van limit. Access along a narrow, but straight road out of Middle Rasen, easy to find site.
Facilities limited to fresh water, EHU and waste disposal. Owners nearby, but not always easy to catch them in, no problem though. Village with pub is 20 minutes walk, or two minute drive. Several marked bridleways to take a longer walk to the village.
Plenty of tourist attractions a short drive away, Lincoln is reachable by car, or hourly bus from the village.
£11 per unit plus, I think £2 for awning.

This is a lovely well kept site. We stayed for 8 nights, apart from our first 2 nights there we were the only caravan. There is a small lake behind the field which is pleasant to walk around. The owners are a lovely couple & advised us on places of interest to visit. The site fees were £11 per night, we felt it was good value. To stay here you need to be self sufficient as there are not any toilets or showers, this isn't a problem for us as we use our own anyway. This is the reason I have given 7/10 for facilities.

We found this site in 2003 and now go whenever we can. If it's peace and quiet you want yet near to lots of place to visit then this is the site for you. Wonderful owners who will make you feel very welcome. The site is on grass which is better than any lawn surrounded with lovely bushes and trees making it a wonderful place to be There is a small lake for you to walk round which is full of fish some will even eat out of your hand. Dogs are accepted and are made very welcome as the owners have one also, a lovely dog named Bella There is a very well stocked tourist information desk plus a small library. The owners work really hard on this site to keep it in tip top condition. Every time we visit there is something new that they have made to make the site a wonderful place to be. You wont be disappointed
