 The owner of the campsite is very friendly and speaks excellent English. We planned to stay a week at this site but only stayed two days. The site is mainly statics with residents who seem to use the statics as semi permanent homes - although they were all very pleasant and bonjouered us each day there is no real holiday atmosphere and the site for tents is not very well maintained and need some tlc. The pitch we has was also small and cramped with an Outwell tent and the private sanitary facilities were not the cleanest. There were also large groups of teenagers marauding around the site who were quite intimidating and loud at times and seemed to hog the pc in the bar which gave internet access. The pool area needs a real good clean and the bar is only open for approximately two hours per day. Overall was disappointed and it was also the most expensive site we stayed at. Agree with other reviewer Cote Sud is really good food and worth a visit.

Site mainly statics. We had a fair sized pitch with a private toilet and shower on the pitch. This was for our exclusive use and fairly new and very clean. Brilliant.
The communal showers looked fine, though the toilets were less good.
The site had a small, but adequate pool, and a bar with limited opening hours. Bread is available for an hour each morning. A pizza van comes once a week, as does a paella van. There is a small children's play area outside the bar, this includes a table tennis table.
The supermarket, Intermarche, is a short walk from the site.
The beaches in the surrounding areas are fabulous, though check the tide tables if you want to swim, as the sea can virtually disappear.
Would thoroughly recommend a restaurant, 'Cote Sud' in Pair-sur-mer, which is a 15 minute walk from the site, book if you want to eat Friday or Saturday nights!
The site is used mainly by the French, though there were the odd Dutch and German visitor. We didn't notice more than one other Brit during our two week stay. The owner speaks excellent English and is extremely helpful.
