 We had booked in advance and paid for 4 nights, but left after only one night without getting a refund. There are 3 shower/loo blocks but the one near our pitch was derelict. Both the others were filthy and never seemed to be cleaned or attended to. The dishwashing facility in the larger of the 2 operational blocks was not properly plumbed in, resulting in water pouring all over your feet when the basin was emptied.
Additionally, the whole tiled area around these sinks and in front of the loos, became underwater, slippery and positively dangerous after a not very heavy shower of rain. The loos were dark at night. Variable quality, if free, wifi.
Uneven pitch with numerous rocks and tree roots, - when we asked to change we were offered 3 even less attractive pitches (despite our having booked months in advance). No grey water disposal area despite one being on the site map.
Nice friendly girls at reception and the cafe, probably students, but no knowledge of the rest of the site. The whole place dilapidated - nobody cares.

We stumbled across this beauty after arriving late from our previous site. Good sized pitches with mature shrubs and trees offering privacy and shelter. Lovely staff, morning and afternoon activities for children. Large playground, small swimming pool and communal barbecue area. The beach is literally across the road and if safe and sandy. There's a scenic route to Quiberon taking you through some spectacular places along the Atlantic coast. Very reasonable prices too, especially compared to the crowded sites in the south of the island.
We'd definitely return.
