What a cracking site! The showers are hot, always spotless, and free! The Warden, Mick is a really friendly guy, and even better, he sites your van for you.
Kelly, the owner is also lovely, helpful, and nothing seems too much trouble.
There are only 12 pitches for caravans, and they are a little bit close, the rest of the park has statics, but it is such a nice spot, and close to Llandudno, which is a really nice town, lots to do and see.

This site is superb. It’s run very well. The set up is lovely. The toilets and shower locks awesome. Spotlessly clean. The whole site is spotless. There’s a dog walking area where you can let the dog off the lead. The people who run it that I met were lovely.
Sue jelly and Nigel. I was on my own for a bit as my husband was away working. Every day Nigel checked I was ok. There is nothing too much trouble for the people who look after you on this site. I think I have to say it’s the best one I’ve been on at any area.
If I was in north wales again don’t think I’d want to stay anywhere else. Thanks for looking after me had a wonderful time very much assisted by you guys and our very pleasant stay. Can’t say anything other than if we could get a little pub built close by it would be even better. If that’s possible. Lol.
If your going to Llandudno stay here you won’t be disappointed.

We just returned from a 3 night stay. As the other reviews stated, this is a great site.
Very friendly Warden who can't do enough for you.
Perfectly located for Llandudno and all the Tourist attractions in the area.
No Hidden charges as most sites do, unless you include the 20p charge for hair dryers.
I would recommend you try The Harbour View at Deganwy for excellent Fish & chips just a 5 minute drive.
Or if you fancy a Chinese try The Jade Garden at Llandudno Junction, about 8 minutes away by car.
Cineworld is the local Cinema at Llandudno junction also about an 8 minute drive.
We are already booked in for next May for the Llandudno Airshow.

Just returned from a four night stay at this site. I would endorse everything the other reviewer said, it is a great site. I was surprised at the price as it is a basic fee regardless of number using the pitch. Not the latest money grabbing scheme of charging per head plus a pitch fee! I was also surprised to find that inclusive in the price was a fresh water tap plus grey water drainage on the pitch. These services are usually charged extra! The warden was amazing, such a friendly guy and nothing was too much trouble. Also had the pleasure of meeting the owner who visits the site regularly and ensures that his customers are happy. Together with great value for money a very simple and successful business model!
Thanks a million!
We will definitely be back!

Beautiful farm location with gorgeous views, 2 miles from Llandudno. It's a great base for touring North Wales and Anglesey.
Site has a large 'football pitch' sized green with static caravans around it and a one way access road. The touring pitches are behind the statics which blocks the fab views a little bit, but not a great concern. The site is beautifully maintained with clean loos and free hot showers which are thankfully not on those annoying buttons you have to keep pressing to keep hot water going. Only the tourers are allowed key access to the loos and showers, statics have to use their own. There's a utility room with sinks and washing machines.
On arrival you unhitch your van on the access road and the warden uses a small tractor mower to back it onto the hardstanding pitch, which is flagstones with gravel in the middle. Make sure your caravan is where you want it to be before he goes as you may have difficulty adjusting it on the slight slope to peg an awning down properly (due to flagstones).
The site is very quiet and noisy activity is not encouraged. There is no children's play park, they are expected to play on the large green. This suits us fine.
The warden looks after the grounds and the grass is kept well cut. He was particularly helpful to us when we had a electrical fault on our van. He came to try to assist and rang round to find a repair person for us. We managed to get it repaired during our stay, which was good.
There is a once an hour bus service into Llandudno past the campsite which cost £1.60 one way each. It stops around 5pm. A taxi was £4 into town and £9 back after midnight. There is no site shop but the post office store is ten minute walk.
If I had one teensy weensy issue it was that some of the touring pitches are a little closer together than we're used to. Next door's awning was only a couple of feet from our caravan and I could hear every word they said (not that I wanted to or was listening you'll understand!).
Overall, we were very happy with the site, we had a lovely stay, and to prove how much we liked it - we booked again for next year before we left!
