This site was a disappointing not as large as it looks on Web Page. Very noisy lorries from early morning till late.

TV Reception very poor ( they advertise good TV reception) entrance to sit can be awkward.

Drinking water tap takes for ever to fill your containers, earwigs in water tap. The owners are anything but pleasant.

Spent 3 nights here. Delightful setting with lovely views and utter tranquillity.

Nearest shop in Tillingham about 2 miles away so not for the camper that requires anything but peace and quiet. Lots of nice walking. 5 van site with 5 hook-ups and chemical emptying point and fresh water.

Neat and tidy. Owners are lovely. For me and the dog it was perfect

I spent three nights at this site and thoroughly enjoyed it. A small quiet, isolated site. Suitable for adults looking for a restful time.

There good views of the River Crouch and the Thames Estuary in the distance (need binoculars) a private lake is close by and you can watch the Ducks, Swans and a Cormorant from the bottom of the field were there's a bench.

I found the owners to be friendly and helpful. The site it's self is well kept being lawns surrounded by trees on three sides. There is lots of wild life, Birds, Dragon Flies, Butterflies and Rabbits. As a short stay site I recommend it.

Very small site and a little too pristine for my liking. Lovely gardens. I think with 5 caravans it would be well overcrowded. More a big garden I'd say than a CL. It's also popular so you wont always get a decent pitch on the outskirts.

Not cheap at £7.50 for what it is.

Lovely location with extensive walks across the marshes. Sits on a hill with lots of views.

A place I would love to own.

Overall I'd say 7/10

This is the second season for this tucked away, very quiet Caravan Club CL. Shhhhh. Don't tell anyone but this little site is fantastic. The camping area is in a paddock type area to the side of the owners house, it's sort of an extention of the garden. The whole CL is pristine, beautifully kept. The grass is manicured, there is good access, the owners are really friendly. The chemical disposal point and bins are discreetly hidden away.

Best of all, the views towards the River Crouch in the distance are stunning. We were told that on a clear day you can even see ships on the Thames. I would need binoculars with my eyes - guess what I'm taking next time I go.

The description given for this site is incorrect. There is electric points (5) but there are no full service pitches.
