Love the site, so quiet,
Love waking up to the animals,
Very easy going and shower and toilet clean,
Couldn't ask for more for the price.
Will be going again.

Family wedding in Rugby so ideal location for the Queen's 70th Jubilee weekend.
Small site with grass pitches, level and sheltered. Single loo and shower. The shower was absolutely fine and the toilet adequate although not that clean and often out of loo paper.
We were only charged £8 for the two of us for a non-electric tent pitch.
We only visited the local pub once, Shoulder of Mutton, Grandborough, and received a far from warm welcome so can't recommend that. The Boat Inn 2 miles South at Birdingbury Wharf (where the A426 crosses the Canal) was excellent for both beer and food.
The farm next to the site has a small shop and the sausages and bacon were fantastic. Eggs and other meat also available.
A great little site for what it is.

This is a very small and quiet site. The toilet could do with a good clean but was adequate. The shower is hot and a good size.
Only saw one of the owners and that was when we paid for our stay. It is all grass pitches so could be an issue if it rains too much.
We had a huge problem with crane flies, there was thousands of the buggers.
Would certainly stay again

Lovely little site, on a farm, (the Forgotten breeds), basic facilities, 1 shower (big, and Hot), 1 Toilet, but clean, only ever saw the owners once, lovely people, no hurry to get you off the site, central for Rugby, Stratford, for £10 per night you cant go wrong, definitely use again.

Booked with friends for 2 nights. What a gem of a caravan park. £10 per night with ehu. Toilets and showers clean, dry and warm. Site itself very clean. In the middle of nowhere nice and peaceful. Lovely view of some of the farm animals. Waking up on natures doorstep is lovely. Apart from to pay we never saw the owners. Will definitely be returning. Top prize to the owners. Like I say its a gem of a campsite xx

This CS is a great little site. I phoned and enquired for space and she offered me a pitch at £6 per person per night and free for the dog, bargain. The owner was friendly and left us to it.
The site had everything I needed, a pitch, a toilet and shower, fresh water and walking in abundance.
It is very remote, but that aside it was easy to find following the sat nav using the postcode on here. Being remote made it very peaceful with only the noise of the farm animals to keep me company, well the occasional car went by, but rarely.
This is a very flat site and has some electric pitches down one side. I pitched near the gate and was great.
The toilet and shower unit was a small block with one of each. The toilet was clean and didn’t have toilet roll, but not an issue. The shower was warm and spacious, don’t forget to turn on the heater before you get in, it will be cold otherwise, the heater switch was to the left of the door.
There is tons of walking from the site and it is all fairly level around here, but great for a long stroll with the dog.
I would visit again if in the area and needed to stop for a night.

Set on a Working Farm/Stables away from main roads, made for a very quiet three day stay. At £5 per night great value.
The field is on a slight slope, ideal for caravans. I found a sheltered flat area to pitch my tent, at the bottom of the site by a hedge, glad I did, as the wind was strong throughout the stay.
The facilities are basic, one toilet and free hot shower. Both could do with a good clean, having my own loo paper helped. I am used to 'Roughing it' so this didn't bother me.
The owners are very pleasant people, only saw then to check in and pay on leaving.
Draycote water is the closest main attraction, a 5 mile walk and picnic was the order of the day. Rugby, Southam, Warwick, Daventry and Badby woods are within a short drive, from the site.
Overall I would recommend this site to the more hardy camper, who like me, are not too fussed about the basics.

This is a basic site on a farm. The field was flat and had trees to the sides and in the middle providing some shelter. Although the views across open farmland the other direction did lead to the winds making putting up and taking down the tent a very tricky job. (We actually left one night early due to the high winds)
The toilet and shower are basic, with only 1 of each. Although the rooms they were housed in I felt could do with modernising, the actual facilities were new looking, although I didn't see them being cleaned at all the three days we were there.
A great spot out of the way, but within easy reach of Rugby, Coventry etc. As we only paid £3.50 per night for a tent I have nothing to complain about. It suggests for a secluded spot and we were left completely alone, having to go to the farmhouse to pay before we left as no-one had come to us!
