 Lovely small site with basic amenities. Very quiet. No toilets or showers. All pitches are grass and with hook ups.
Close to Hickling Broad Nature Reserve, and good location to explore the Norfolk coast.
Owner very friendly.

This site is a real gem. At only £10 per night with electric you really couldn't fault it. The site was secluded and peaceful, we were lucky enough to have it all to ourselves on our stay, and enjoyed our night there so much we extended our stay.
The owners couldn't be more helpful, and were very happy to give local information to us.
The location was perfect, a short walk to Hickling where there is a nature reserve and a good pub. The surrounding area lends itself to cyclists- my partner and I enjoyed a lovely ride to the fantastic beach at Sea Palling on the first day and a ride to see the charming lighthouse at Happisburgh the next day.
There was a Tesco in nearby Stalham which is easily accessible on bicycle, so we were able to stock up on essentials after we had decided to extend our stay.
For those of you who like to be able to get TV signal whilst away, we were able to pick up full digital reception on our standard status 12v aerial.
There weren't any facilities on the site other than a tap, waste and loo point, and electric, but these areas were clean and the water pressure filling our van up was the best we have had in a long time!
We were very sad to leave the site, we had had such a lovely break, however we will definitely return as soon as we can!

A lovely peaceful caravan site in secluded location. The site is very grassy and surrounded by trees and hedges. Walking distance of Hickling Broad and Nature Reserve. We hired a day boat and went for a trip on the Broads which was lovely. The owners are very knowledgeable about the local area and had lots of tips on local places to visit during our stay. We also enjoyed the local pub, the Greyhound.
