 The site is situated along a long straight road leading to St Jean de Monts next to a stables. It is about a 20 min walk to the beach and to the town centre.
This is a friendly almost entirely French site (we were the only Brits)and English is spoken at reception. There is a swimming pool which is unsupervised with water slide .
Toilet block is unisex, the showers were nice and warm and had good pressure and the whole block was kept very clean.
Each pitch has a hedge around it and it's own water and drain.
There was a disco one night , karaoke (french style! and lotto on others.
We really enjoyed this site.

We came across this site by chance and got a place no problem in late July. The site is mainly populated by French holidaymakers, but the site workers do speak some English. Pitches are large, shaded and private and have their own water supply. The facilities on site were excellent: showers were large and plentiful and there were never queues. Just remember your own loo roll as they don't provide it! Other services on site inclded bar, outdoor pool with slide and restaurant.
The site's location is perfect and was hugely welcomed in an area where all sites are packed to the rafters with English families. St Jean de Monts is 1km away and a longer walk from the back of the site along the cycle track will take you right into the centre of town, which offers a huge choice of bars, shops and restaurants. The beaches in the area are also nice and sandy and not too crowded if you pick the right spot. Also nearby are supermarkets such as Lidl where you can stock up on food and drink for a pittance. Further afield and worth a visit are the towns of Notre Dame de Monts (10 mins) and Noirmoutier island (25 mins): the latter, in particular, having a cracking little town.
All in all, we were delighted with this site. Superbly located for the excellent, lively coastal town of St Jean de Monts.
