This caravan site was amazing so accommodating so helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
The toilet and shower block was kept pristinely clean.
We stayed as a group and were pitched as a group.
The surrounding area was beautiful and even had a robin visit daily.
I can not recommend this site any higher

Once again not disappointed. Lovely well kept site.
Had the opportunity of having a secluded pitch surrounded by hedges all to ourselves, very nice.
It is a working farm so there are a few farm vehicles coming in but they are more interesting to watch than a hinder.
Toilet facilities not far away and in acceptable condition.
Shop in the village nearby or Tesco in Exmouth.
Ideal situation for visiting surrounding areas.

Lovely campsite by a working farm. Spacious pitches with pitches laid out around a large grassed area.
Friendly, helpful welcome.
Lots to do in the area, with easy access to Exeter and the East Devon towns and beaches.
Also close to the railway running from Exmouth to Exeter and beyond.
Would not hesitate to recommend.

Great site. Very reasonably priced for our visit in May. Stuart very friendly greeted on arrival and confirmed previously chosen pitch for our large tent.
Lovely sunny flat area just inside on the left. EHU and water per pitch, all staked out. Wifi brilliant on our pitch.
Pretty with flower troughs, watered daily. Very clean facilities on site, lovely showers. Washing up area outside block.
Although working farm didn't affect our stay, odd tractor coming in which was interesting.
Ice cream van visited whilst we were there.
Heard owls, woodpecker and other birds, lovely area for walking. Not too noisy by the road. Nice pub nearby.
Will definitely be visiting again.

We only stayed one night and did not make use of the toilet/shower block but they did look in good order and there were facilities for washing up and chemical waste disposal.
The hard standing areas were well laid and immaculate. We received a very friendly greeting from the owner.
It is a short walk to a good pub and had quiet lanes for dog walking.
We would go there again and can recommend.

The booking was really straightforward and there were no hold-ups with pitching up when I arrived.
Everything was clean and accessible.
It is a working farm, so there were some farmyard smells and sounds but personally I liked being in such a nature-based environment.
I will definitely book in again next time I come to the village.

Third Christmas in a row at Browns, it gets better every year. Christmas pre lunch tipple at the Diggers rest, a stroll back to the site and lunch in great surroundings.
Took the bus to Exmouth, bus stop just outside the gate, what could be better for we Grey Nomads.
Thanks to Mr and Mrs Dagworthy for a great camp site, Hope to return again this Christmas.

We arrived at this site purely by accident as the site we were looking for shares the same postcode, how lucky for us, after speaking to the owner he offered us a pitch for 3nights which we gladly accepted.
I have to say this site is a credit to the owner who never stops working to ensure it is 100% all the time.
Their is a bus service to Exmouth and Exeter right outside the gate and the local pub ( Diggars Rest) is a short walk from the site and serves excellent, well priced meals along with a good selection of real ales, wines and ciders.
Would we stop here again, you bet your life we would, although next time we would ensure we booked in order to get a pitch for a longer stay.
