Friendly campsite in a great location.
Facilities actually okay. Felt the campsite was a little squashed and a mishmash of tents, caravans and bell tents.
Didn’t like the way there was pallets everywhere and dumpy bags of soil separating the pitches.
Wouldn’t cost much to put a few smart posts in etc….
All being said we had a nice time.

Found this at short notice so took a chance and booked. The owners were very helpful on the phone and answered all our questions, we were told to hook up to pitch number 1.
On arrival we found the pitch easily and were pitched in no time, there is a slight slope but we found it easy to level up. The site was very clean and tidy with plenty of room between pitches. We had the place to ourselves apart from One other van almost all week so it was very quiet and peaceful, apart from the rooster down the lane !
We were never bothered by the owners but when we approached them they were very nice and very helpful. We booked the small pool on 3 occasions and had a really good time, it has a fantastic jacuzzi and jets of water so although it's small you can swim against the jets and stay still ! all in all a really nice site and owners, we will be visiting again.
We used the pub a couple of times and the chippy once, again all were friendly. The local post office come shop was a big help too. We used the site as a base for day trips out to places like wells next the sea, Norwich, Hunstanton and other sea side type places, so we were happy to drive around, but if you intend to go to the coast every day it can be a bit of a trek. Overall an excellent base for our excellent hols.

Visited this site for a long weekend recently and found it to be very nice. It is listed as one acre but feels bigger with plenty of room for everyone. The site has a very slight slope with a small pool in the bottom corner. Within a two minute walk you have a pub, chippy and local post office. The owners have a small indoor pool which you can hire by the hour (£7.50 ). Ten minutes by car from Fakenham and Dereham. Would recommend this site for a peacefull break.
