 A very quiet and peaceful site, Owners very friendly and pleasant, you are left alone to chill out.
Hook up cables already in situ to use as they are, or connect yours to, if need to be away from edge of field etc.
A lovely short walk to very secluded carp lake, buzzards overhead, other campers had seen deer quite close up.
Quite long lanes to camp site, but numerous pull ins for oncoming cars to pull over.

This Camping and Caravanning Club Certificated Site (members only) is basically a 4 acre field with fresh water and CDP. Having said that, there are a couple of hardstanding spaces available in the farmyard and electric hookup is available for these and the grass pitches closest to them.
The grass is field grass not lawn and there are some undulations but we got level using ramps, no problem. Being a large field there is room for loads of tents as well as the 5 vans. Rallies are often held here, and it hosts a CCC Temporary Holiday Site at the May Day Bank Holiday, which was when we visited.
In the corner of the field is a gate leading to the dog walk which runs through a couple of fields with nice views down towards the fishing lake.
Would we go back? Quite possibly, it's not on my must-revisit list but it certainly isn't on the to-be-avoided list. Quite well located for visiting the National Trust stuff at Lacock and there is quite a bit of other National Trust and English Heritage stuff in the surrounding area.
I'm not sure that there is a shop or pub within walking distance - didn't spot one, but didn't really investigate.
