 This is a working farm with just 6 static caravans arranged around the farm yard. It's a perfect stay to see a working farm, and be close to the sounds and sights of the countryside. If you're looking for a commercial, manicured site then this is not the place for you!
The caravan was very clean and comfortable, and provided everything needed for a welcome stay - including local walks, games, dvds and even a folder on their family history! Outside is a small patio area, with fabulous views. Perfect for barbecues.
Owners were welcoming and you are encouraged to explore the farm - even provided us with chicken feed!
The area is a walker's paradise in all directions from the farm - no need to drive anywhere if this is your thing! Local town is easily walkable (though hilly!) and there is a welcoming village pub just 10 mins walk away.
We are already planning our next visit and can't wait to return.

Clean caravan with plenty of room and lots of little extras we were not expecting.
Lovely location with good walks just outside the farm.
Welcoming hosts who were helpful and offered a tour of the farm.
Chicken feed was given to us and they visited often!

Lovely, welcoming farm in an idyllic picturesque location. Amazing views, and the caravan itself had everything you could possibly need, from pots & pans, to books & dvds, magazines to various games, plus, amazing footpaths for an excellent walk up into the hills which make you feel on top of the world! enjoyed it so much, we have booked again for next year already!
