Still a great place to stay!

This is the fourth time we have stayed at this superb site - it is small but has all the necessities: great views of Belfast Lough, superb facilities; lovely cafe and ice cream bar, and excellent security.

Good public transport links into the City, but close to the countryside and the heritage north of Belfast.

This has become our regular stopping off point in Northern Ireland!

Very easy to book. Communication on arrival procedure excellent.

Safe and convenient location.

Close proximity to ferry terminal for our departure the next morning was our reason for choice

 Excellent site. Clean and tidy

Serviced pitch. Gated site. Next to Loughshore and a children’s play area.

Close to public transport. Taxi to Belfast £21

Negatives - noisy main road very close.

Public transport not available late evening and limited on sunday

This is our 34th site on our UK and Ireland tour and the 1st to be rated as 10/10.

The pitches are big, they are fully serviced with water, EHU and grey waste.

The facilities block is only a few yards away and they are excellent with good showers.

The site is in a gated compound so very secure but also right on the edge of the beach with lots of things to do nearby.

Train station 20 minute walk away and a bus stop right outside.

Well done to the local council for setting this up and running it so well.

Sad to leave, loved it!

We loved the proximity of the playground and the sea,

The coffee shop just at the entrance was very handy as well.

What we didn't like was the noise from the nearby road.

Site was clean and well maintained. Convenient and cheap bus service to Belfast city centre.

V secure site. Key number for everything.

Less good. V near A2 road. Seemed to a main commuter route to Belfast. And rush hour started early. So noisy

Stayed over for one night prior to Belfast sailing.

Excellent facilities and great location.

On noisy road but quietened down during the night.

Great coffee shop next to site.

Well secured site.

Lovely and clean great spot and plenty to do. It was our first time camping and will definitely go again 😀

The coffee shop right beside was very handy.

The playpark was great for children and when we were there there was a funfair. Extra fun was had.

Beautiful walk and views along the lough shore.

Definitely recommend. Will be back
