We stayed for two nights at the end of July, peak season. Locatated approx 10km between two small town (Fleurance being the bigger / better for supplies) and 2km from the hamlet of Cezan (no facilities) surrounded by varied countryside.
We completed a couple of decent off-road bike rides (up to 40 km, not technical but plenty of climbing) directly from the site using maps loaned by the owners.
Pitches are shaded, average sized and most are sloping - levelling blocks used. Electricity hookups were either 4 or 6 amp, the later more expensive. Previous reviews describe the site facilities.
The site is listed on 'Cool Camping' and as a result was full of Dutch families and was rather expensive at 22€ per night.
Ideal in the 'shoulders' of the main season if you want a quiet get-away. If you are simply breaking the journey then consider the municipal site in Fleurance which has access to the municipal pool and which is half the price.

Camping Domaine les Angeles is a lovely, low-key rural camp-site set in an exquisite valley about 10 minutes’ drive from a small town with all amenities, Castéra-Verduzan. The owners, Guido & Clara, are informal, friendly and helpful – but always discreet – and take a personal interest in making sure you are happily installed. The mobile home we stayed in was beautifully presented inside – and other features of the campsite, including the delightful swimming pool, were also impeccably clean.
The amenities of camping les Angeles are exactly as stated online and in the brochure. You should not expect the now-common campsite facilities of disco or takeaway pizzas or anything noisy or electronic – this is relaxed, rural France at its best. We enjoyed local walks from some of the lovely villages in the area – and of course wine-tasting and end-of-summer festivals. We thoroughly recommend Domaine les Angeles to families with small children and retired (or almost-retired) couples like ourselves.

We stayed for 7 nights at this rural campsite, surrounded by sunflowers (although we were too early to see them in bloom unfortunately!).
The weather was miserable when we arrived, but we were welcomed by Clara who told us we could go wherever we wanted. Only one other couple on the site so we had our pick! The pitches were mostly on a slope, which did make it a little awkward when sleeping as we did slip down a little during the night! The mature bushes and shrubs provided good screening. Many ants on our pitch, but we don't know if we inavertently pitched next to an ant hill!
The toilet facilities were very basic, and as the doors were left open the wildlife was in residence too! Showers were lovely and hot though.
The pool was the main attraction, which was larger than we expected and well maintained.
There was a communal room, with a bar, mini-shop (dried goods), ice creams, pool table, fooz ball, and a large library (mainly dutch books). There were a couple of cherry trees and Guido said we could help ourselves which was lovely!
There was available information about local restaurants and markets. We went to the market in Fleurance (possibly Tuesday?) which was fantastic. Fleurance was very pretty, and the market was large with everything you could wish to buy there. It started packing up at around 12.30pm, so make sure you get everything you want before then!
We walked into Cezan (about 3/4 kilometres away), but there wasn't much to be seen here. Very pretty however.
Guido and Clara have owned the site for 3/4 years, and are working hard to give it a more international feel.
If you like being in a very rural situation with a great pool and you don't mind the more basic campsites, then I would recommend you stay here.

A very busy but well run site. It is French owned and most of the campers were French or Dutch. Although we were the only english on the site we were well cared for and included in all the activities. The pool is clean and the food on site is good. The play area for the children was good with swings and slides and there was an inside games room with pool and small area for reading. There was daily bread delivery and a well stocked icecream stall. We would stay there again if in the area.
