Really lovely site, very clean and spacious.
Only downside was no WiFi as having problems with it.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Will definitely return.

Willow Tree is a delightful site tucked away in a quiet location yet within easy reach of public transport.
Martin the owner is friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble during our two night stay.
There is an abundance of wildlife and the facilities are spotless and well cared for.
We will definitely return when we are in the area again. Thank you for your hospitality Martin.

What a great experience from booking until we left,
Martin the owner was fantastic when I booked I asked about how far public transport links are and when we arrived Martin gave directions to the local train station and bus stops
Asked where planned to go then the following morning he had printed off local bus times so we had the information to hand, this is just a small example of how attentive he was to ensure that we had a great time staying at his site.
When we arrived he was waiting at the gate for us showing how to operate the electronic gate and showed us our pitch, drinking water and waste disposal and asked if we needed milk.
As others have said the site is both extremely tranquil and excellently located for attractions and local facilities,
We observed foxes playing only a few feet from the front of our caravan and say green woodpeckers, kestrels with young on a nest and even a couple of parakeets among other wildlife,
Our 4 year old loved watching the horses that were at the stables behind the site and the planes that flew overhead from Heathrow which as another reviewer mentioned were not obtrusive.
Martin says he doesn’t like to book to many units onto the site even though there is mores than enough room for more,
The site has a lot more area in addition to the pitches with the ehu
There’s a large grassed area which gave plenty of room for my little one to have a run around and fly his kite
Also there’s the river Mole which runs pass the bottom of the site but was far enough away for us to not worry about him going near without us.
There’s a Lidl not far from the site for essentials and the nearby garage has a 24hr Revolution Laundry the ones with a standard and large washer and a large drier,
The bus stops are a 13 minute walk from the site where we caught a bus to Kingston and then the train into London for the day although there was a train station in Hersham it is outside the oyster zone.
This is such a lovely site and location that we will be returning as there’s so much to explore locally and easily accessible for days out further afield,
I would happily recommend this site.

What a gem of a site! You'd never know you were on the edge of a major city, it is so quiet and peaceful.
The owner, Martin is a lovely man who can't do enough to help and his 80 year old mother is a treasure - both so friendly and helpful.
I really can't understand why others have knocked off a star or 2 for limited facilities. If you want toilets, showers and hard standings, you should go to a bigger site. This is a CL for goodness sake!
We will definitely come back when in the area again, and I can thoroughly recommend this campsite.

It is a beautiful place and we met lovely people, especially Martin, who met us and greeted us.

Arriving at this beautiful site the first thing you see is the lovely fishing lake. I fished for three days and had a couple of double figure carp out. The owner is a lovely friendly person that can't do enough for you. I was fishing and caught a carp but had no scales with me Anne the owner went and fetched me some scales she had in the garage. I would highly recommend this site

Nice quiet site just outside the London Emissions Zone, but with easy access into London from Walton on Thames or Hersham stations, both a mile or so's walk away. No showers or toilets but there is drinking water and a chemical toilet disposal point - no grey water drain or hardstandings though.
The owner is very friendly, and you can buy newly laid free range eggs too. We spent three nights there and had a very relaxing time - we will definitely be back as our daughter lives in London and this is a very convenient way to visit her without having to buy a new, emissions-compliant van.

Delightful location and people. Great access via electronic gates with radio tag, you decide your comings and goings ! Although in flight path of Heathrow it is not a constant drone. 7 acres to wander round with pubs and a waitrose in the delightful village of Hersham. Well kept site but without shower or toilet. Has a clean area for blue waste. Nice people, will return later in year. Reasonable rates @£12 a night with hook up. Close to M25, Kingston, rail station. Quiet at night without street lights, great for my telescope !
