 Lovely site in a beautiful location, ehu and water on pitch.
Really quiet and tranquil.
Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short due to unforseen circumstances.

We have been here a few times with our dogs. And a couple of times with our friends.
We both stayed in our touring caravans, there is plenty of room on each pitch for awning, car etc.
All pitches are hard standing.
We will be going again this year, the site owner is a really nice person, the site is very clean and tidy, there is water and toilet disposal, rubbish bins etc. All fenced off.
Electric and water to all the pitches.
A stream runs through the bottom of the site, picnic tables, bird watching hut, this is a really quiet and peaceful site to just chill and relax. You hear the cows when its time for milking and that's all.
Make sure you take plenty provisions with you as the nearest shop/petrol station is 4 miles away. !
Really nice countryside and views.

We visited in June and stayed five nights. Each pitch has water and electricity.
If you want TV the reception was poor, including Freesat. If you have a player you can use your
DVDs instead!
Very nice quiet site on a working farm. Friendly owners who gave us plenty of information about the area. Went for a couple of enjoyable walks from campsite in Trough of Bowland area. Garstang 5 miles away for shopping.

Visited over the Easter weekend. Very quiet and peaceful site on a working farm. This is a 'no facilities' site but good hardstanding pitches. Toilet disposal and recycling rubbish close to pitches. Electric and water at each pitch. Friendly owner who has provided lots of local information and also local walks maps which are available in the reception room. Several walks can be started and finished from the site. Nearest pub is 5mls. Nearest shops 5 mls away in the pleasant town of Garstang. Site is convenient for Trough of Bowland, the Fylde coast, Lancaster, Blackpool and Preston.

This is a lovely campsite, set in beautiful countryside and the site was very well kept. It has excellent walks near by and a dog walk direct from the campsite.
Although we were only 10 minutes away from the A6 it felt like we were in the middle of nowhere! Superb views!
Although the site did not have a play area, there was plenty of room for the children to play, run and ride their bikes. The nearest shop we found was in garstang.
The owner was very welcoming and friendly. All in all a very nice site, we can't wait to visit again soon!
