A perfectly acceptable site about a mile along a quiet single track road. It could do with a larger/better sign at the entrance. Easy enough to access with care and a good welcome given.
A bit too small and enclosed by trees for our liking, but if that's what you want, it's ok.
Local shops are thin on the ground; the best village shop is at Sixpenny Handley, a few miles down the main road and off to the right. Otherwise supermarkets and fuel at Salisbury.
There are plenty of walks, try Martin Down, not far away. We would not stay again, but that's not the fault of the site.
£13 per night is fine.

A lovely quiet site in a well kept lawned area surrounded by hedges which kept the worst of the wind off. The weather was 'challenging' whilst I was there.
Beautiful countryside and only about ten minutes drive into Salisbury. The owners are absolutely charming. So are the alpacas!
Basic facilities but really all you need. Best to approach from the dual carriageway as the road past the farm entrance going towards Martin village is very potholed.

A lovely peaceful site, and nice and remote. Access advised from dual carriageway side. We arrived from the other side and missed the turning. If you do happen to arrive from that direction, just look for Martiniques Farm I think it's called, it's right by this entrance and easy to overshoot. If coming from the dual carriageway I would imagine it's easier to see the CC sign in the drive.
The road off of the dual carriageway is single track so be aware but it's not busy. I would definitely recommend this site for peace and quiet :)
There is still only an old style outside loo but to be honest in your own unit you don't need it.

Site is down a narrow lane. Would recommend following directions from CC book. Possibly tight entrance at first sight but there was a fifth wheel caravan there when we arrived so no real problems with access.
Pitches are large with electric and most are in sun for some part of the day.
There are alpacas down from the pitches which the owner allows visitors to pat and look at close up. Walks are possible from the site. The small village of Martin has a shop about 1 mile away.
The owner of the site and his wife are extremely helpful and pleasant and seem pleased to see all those who visit.
For £10 a night it is excellent value

Well cared for small CL set in rolling farmland on a active Lama farm10 miles SW of Salisbury. Lawned field with high hedges surrounding most of the site offering seclusion but some way from local shops and services. Access is down a narrow lane requiring care when either joining or leaving the A354 which is a fast undulating road.
The site only has Electric Points, one elderly Portaloo sentry box type toilet and a water tap. What more would you want?
Excellent out of the way site for exploring the super less visited parts of West Hampshire, north Dorset and south Eastern Wiltshire. 15 minutes from Salisbury and the Canbourne Chases. Very good walking area with many Barrows, Earthworks, Stately Homes and ridges line walks.
